Very much enjoyed our stay here! The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were well appointed and very comfortable, and we enjoyed hanging out on the private beach on the property. Look forward to returning soon — would love to stay here again!

Showers were slow to drain. Beach is rocky and not that clear.

We love it here because it is a quiet island getaway as we live on Roatan, we come here a few times a month to get away! Everything is right on site, room service is great, the food is good, and the beds are amazing. Great place to stay.

The location's hard to access, but the view was worthy and amazing, the peace that you can feel at this hotel it's something unique and the pool and beach are breathtaking. the service of Frankie and Nestor (bar and restaurant) were outstanding

The biting insects on the beach that necessitated bug spray. The lack of easy access to activities through the hotel.

It was isolated and peaceful. The food was good, if not spectacular. The staff were a friendly bunch. It was a truly beautiful location. The use of kayaks was a real bonus.

We had a bad moment with a girl attending the front desk. Our room want’s clean after the first nite, they have a policy of not changing your bed sheets and towels after the third day that’s ok !

It’s the perfect spot for unwind. Quiet and Cozy.

one thing didn’t like and this is why we gave them a 9 is the water in our Villa was brown with a copper smell and toilets didn’t flush right.Don’t drink their faucet water use bottle water to drink brush your teeth.

The power went out a lot. In one instance it was not the staffs fault and sometimes things happen. They were very accommodating and even took me to a villa where there was still power so i could plug in my devices to work. They are amazing. Other than that i did get locked into the women’s bathroom at the restaurant. When you shut door tight and make sure lock is completely secure in hole it was very hard to get it unlocked. I tried several times for awhile before the lock released. Other people went in and had no issues though. So maybe it was just me.

The customer service is out of this world amazing. Each worker is truly amazing and goes above and beyond to give you the best experience. The view and grounds are impeccable.

I wish the hotel was a little closer to West Bay/West End. The breakfast was okay. My order was always getting messed up.

The bed was so comfortable! The food was good. Everyone at the front desk was nice, especially Robert. He was such a genuine and friendly person.

Comparatively the price is too expensive for the value. It was also too far from West Bay and West End. if you’re looking to be isolated, this is fine. but if you want to pay $100 round trip each way to the Bay you will be upset.

The property was beyond beautiful but the staff is what made it exceptional especially Mackenzie who worked at the bar. He gave recommendations to the island and went above and beyond especially because I had my son a 9 year old. it was safe and I had no worries

Due to the recent reopening there were some issues that occurred due to new systems and staff re-learning process and procedure after a long absence from guests. However the Management Team were attentive and more than amenable to going above and beyond to resolve issues and leave the best impression.

The location is idyllic and peaceful, the food options were tasty and plentiful and the staff especially the duty manager were extremely helpful. We will look forward to our next visit as its an excellent homebase from which to explore the island.

Excellent attention by the staff, felt very welcomed from the first day and they really went above and beyond to make our stay great. the beach was beautiful and maintenance to the grounds was done every day to keep the beach clean and beautiful. the day we were leaving a hurricane was coming into the island and the owners were kind enough to offer us an extra day if our flight was cancelled. can’t wait to come back

The only down fall is the beach is not up to the same standard as West Beach, for example but was told they are going to bring in white sand and groom it the not so far future.

My rate included breakfast and it was amazing every morning, a la carte menu. Staff were awesome, Karim, Peter, Christian, Chris, Iris and Karen all went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.
