Couldn’t get in and out of the water onto the jetty. The ladder was too short didn’t even reach the water!

The property faces a very quiet bay, and is surrounded by a lush palm tree garden where you can spot one or two agoutis running around. It is safe and walking distance from all amenities in west end. The rooms are rudimentary but the beds are comfortable, there is a fridge and the air conditioning worked well. Great breakfast

The front windows were sort of sealed shut forcing us to use the air conditioner, we were hoping for a nice breeze off of the water.

Location was great, very close walk to town and quiet! Loved the deck/dock out on the water. Free breakfast yummy!

WiFi was weak but I found a solution.

Staff, cleanliness and breakfast were great. I will recommend our future Rotary visits to West End Roatan to stay at this hotel. Perfect for me. Cafe de Palo was perfect too.

Almost nothing. 😍 Coffee could have been a little hotter, otherwise perfect. Staff very pleasant

Hotel did not provide filters for coffee maker. Very few useful pots and utensils for the kitchenette. Freezer part of fridge full of frost and barely usable. The table and ricketty chairs were either inside or outside, and chairs quite uncomfortable.

Some of the fittings such as the bedside lamp were a bit old and dusty. The bathroom and shower could do with modernising but were clean. I still enjoyed staying here.

Large room and comfy bed. Lovely balcony with view across bay and hammock. Staff were helpful. New window blinds were being put up as i arrived. Hotel is in a quiet location but just a short walk, which felt safe, into Westend. Good value for the location.

Didn't like not having black out curtains. Very bright in the room in the morning. I knocked down the existing curtains trying to cover my windows completely.

Loved the location and the quiet. The breakfast was excellent, but only one staff member was waiting on tables and making the breakfast so it took a long time.

I wish the big bed was a queen instead of a double bed. It would have been more comfortable for 2 adults.

The staff was amazing. We came late after our flight home was canceled, and they made us feel at home. They provide some bottled water in your room. The room had a small kitchenette, 2 beds, and a small balcony with a wonderful view, table and chairs and a hammock. We were only here 1 night, but this would be a great option if you wanted to prepare your own food. The breakfast was included and was out of this world! The little cafe onsite was very cute with great food. I wish I had known about this place earlier. I would ave eaten here all the time. It is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk to the main business area of West End and next door to a great dive shop.

rooms were spacious but no furniture other than the bed. Property was functional but in need of updates. our AC was malfunctioning for two nights and kept us up with the noise. staff was quick to send out maintenance the next day (the problem was fully fixed after the second visit). guests two doors down were smoking on their balcony and our room reeked of cigarette smoke despite our door and windows being closed. no toiletries included aside from soap, which is not what was advertised.

I loved the location- quiet and scenic. breakfast was excellent.

the location of this hotel is ideal to me. beautiful site in lush vegetation. the hotel is very clean, the rooms are large. AC is good, wifi is medium/low. I came to dive for one week and it was perfect, lots of resto and food stands around very good coffee at breakfast.
