I found it odd that convenient stores closed so early and opened so late. Not the property's fault at all the things about this trip I didn't care for. But it wraps up in the whole experience. Night life sounds like it's going on, but places nearly empty, no one dancing, looked a little odd.

The staff was great, food, and coffee. They were helpful in every way.

We stayed again for 2 nights, but this time in a tiny room (#4) for half the price of the apartment (#12). This experience was a 2/10 at best. The room is located in a noisy, highly trafficked area. There is no patio/porch. We felt we needed to keep our curtains and door closed at all times for privacy, which posed a problem because the room is incredibly stuffy and felt humid and damp, even with the A/C on. The humidity of the room, especially the bathroom, creates an absolutely horrid smell, much like rotting fruit or sewage. We noticed mold in the bathroom. This room actually made us both feel physically ill. The toilet is difficult to sit on correctly because it's in such a tight area.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the apartments (#12) and it was fantastic. Full kitchen that's reasonably well stocked. Two wine glasses would have been a nice addition. A spacious living area with two comfortable couches and pillows, and a table between them. The stack of books to read was a nice touch. We spent a lot of time in this cozy space. The bed is reasonably comfortable with plenty of space for suitcases on the floor, or in the wardrobe. The curtains help keep the bedroom dark in the morning. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure/temp are good. Wifi works well enough. A resident senior cat visited us every day on our little porch (tip: she loves cooked, unseasoned fish and chicken!). We felt so comfortable and safe. Staff is friendly. The on-site restaurant has delicious food. We would give this experience a solid 9/10.

A little expensive for what it was but Roatan is expensive. Our plumbing in the toilet was a little broken? So the room kind of smelled unless you closed the bathroom door.

The property was literally steps away from the local beach. It was in the heart of town, close to all the restaurants, shops and activities. The bed was extremely comfortable and AC was nice and cold. Quiet at night and very safe.

Great staff who are friendly & attentive. Location is exactly in the mix where you need to be to access the beach/dive shops/food/nightlife. The staff is helpful in getting you a morning kayak + meeting your needs. Location is steps away from more adventures.

As others have noted there was no/weak wifi in the room which was annoying, there was also no chair or nightstand. The towels and sheets and holes in them and/or appeared very used. There wasn't really a lobby area to sit outside if you wanted to work outside of your room. However, overall for the price I found these to be small inconveniences.

The room was as advertised. It was a no-frills nice small room with AC, refrigerator, small table, and coffee pot in an excellent location for the price.

Hot water was lacking so we limited our showers to right when we came in from the heat so they felt refreshing instead of cold. :)

Right in the center of it all yet set back enough that when we were at our room it was very peaceful and quiet. Lots of yummy places to eat and great happy hours. Sundowners was awesome and had morning yoga every morning which we loved. The hotel offered free use of tandem kayak at certain times and snorkel equipment was $5day rental, which we enjoyed. Also, the owner of the Inn is quite the baker, the pastries were phenomenal!!

When you say that you are changing the sheets every 3 days then do it don’t just straighten the sheets and leave it. I had the same rust stain on the bottom sheet for 10 days before I had to ask them to actually change the sheets.

Excellent location easy to walk to Half Moon beach to snorkel. Lots of great restaurants. Nice to have a fridge in the room. The onproperty Cannibal Cafe was good too. They had kayaks and snorkeling gear available for guests too which was really nice.
