Unfortunately, the shower wasn't very clean. There was a huge clump of hair in the shower when we got there, which I had to remove as I showered. The smell coming from the sewers/water was really strong. I know the island struggles a lot with that, so I can't be harsh about that. This hadn't happened before, so it was a bit surprising.

Love the location. I have stayed here several times. Everything is within walking distance. It's so laid back as well and love having a pool available. A plus is also that the tvs have now access to apps like Netflix, prime video,etc. Will definitely stay again!

A lot of the facilities were run down and in need of repair (or in the middle of being repaired). Wifi did not work well or sometimes not at all in the room. Receptionist desk is also a 10 min walk from the actual hotel so it’s a pain when it comes to getting towels or anything else.

Room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. Air conditioning worked great. Pool facility was pretty.

At times it feels a little bit abandoned. Not a lot of people to meet up if you wish to do so as a solo traveler. But in any other case - this might be the place for you.

Massive pool is a really nice thing up there. Also very short walk to any activities in West End. Most parties and meeting up with new people happen there.

Rooms need a fridge for drinks for the pool, but if you get a small cooler that works. Bring your own though, they are very expensive on the island. The lounge chairs are hard wood, so we bought floating pool rafts that doubled as lounge cushions. We will stay there again on our next annual trip!

We love to stay in town and this was a perfect location. Easy walk into town, but a couple blocks away so it was quiet. Breakfast was delicious, staff friendly, rooms clean and the pool was perfect!

The lodging is actually quite removed from the dive center and restaurant for that matter, so it was a great value stay but it required about a kilometer walk every morning just to go to breakfast

I booked the hotel for the pool and the view. When I arrived I waa told their doing construction and I couldn't get the room. They put me in a different hotel... I booked the room, less than 24hrs before arriving. Why was it online as available, if it wasn't. The other room, they gave me was basic. Not worth what I paid for the original. I had no view. I had to walk through the middle of a restaurant to get to my room. Which appeared to be hidden away, with no view, but the restaurant.

. Nothing, they didn't give me the room I booked. They moved me to another hotel.

We loved absolutely everything about this place. We spent two weeks here - and could have stayed another month. The rooms are super spacious and the bathroom was AMAZING - the best hot shower we've had after 6 months of traveling. The staff are also awesome and the restaurant has great food. The breakfast is a buffet which was an absolute treat. The resort also has a 25m pool which was an absolute gem as my partner and I love to do laps so we were finally able to do some exercise in a big enough pool. Could not recommend this place enough.

There was cockroach folded in to the towels. I unfolded the towel after my shower and the cockroach jumped out at me. I contacted the hotel to ask for fresh towels but they never responded, either to my calls or my email. Also, the room stank like mould and damp.

The wifi wasn’t 100% inside the room but it wasn’t too bad. It worked better from the patio.

Darryl at the front desk was SO welcoming upon arrival! We booked this place last minute and didn’t know what to expect but were so glad we did immediately upon check in. The welcome drinks and drive over to our room were great. The room was spacious, with a tv, AC, hot shower and safe. Everything worked well. Location was perfect.

small bed , over priced, 10 min walk to breakfast and reception, breakfast was always gone by 9 am even though they say 930 and no one bothered to put more food out - i even had to argue for more eggs once at 9 am

good location however the reception is located at another hotel which is q 10 min walk - the hotel advertises it as 2 min, but it's not true

The staff is the very best. Rooms have everything you need. Excellent dive shop. Christian, Luca and Sebastian are the best. Location is excellent. I’ll definitely come back!

Amazing place! Price is unbeatable. Rooms are great. Awesome AC. The big pool is amazing, the little pool is perfect for night time! Bring water as they don't seem to supply it. Rooms are super clean!!! Comfy beds. Great location. Close to everything in west end, but back a bit so you don't hear all the noise at night.

the property was beautiful and well maintained. no trash, very nice staff. pools were well maintained, saw staff cleaning and watering all the plants in the mornings.
