Parking is supplied, but ensure you have a small car and are good with narrow spaces.

This property was chosen for the 3 reasons of budget, location and parking. Each were achieved. The apartment name in itself lets you know what you are in for, so do not expect a luxury abode, but it was well maintained, comfortable and had all the services we needed. Contact with the owners was very easy and communication timely. A very large accommodation. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close by for ease, as was the old town.

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable, very close to the city center. A lot of restaurants, markets, and groceries are nearby. Also the bus station is only 5 minutes away. We loved our stay.

We were staying over the weekend and it could be quite loud with people walking home after nights out however it still did not stop us enjoying our stay and this may have been because we were there at peak tourist season and are both light sleepers!

Lovely property in an ideal location for exploring Split. The apartment was very central and an easy walk away from the centre. The apartment was a really good size, clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The hosts were helpful and check in and out was very easy.

Some of the fitting in the apartment were a bit sketchy (shower fixture, outlets and bathroom mirror).

It is difficult to enter the parking area. And since the entrance is on a one way street it’s easy to miss it. Also the AC is only in the Living/kitchen , no AC in the bedroom, it was manageable but would have been difficult if the temperature was warmer.

Location, facilities, city itself, what is there not to like?! Location of the apartments is excellent, everything is close by to include the unforgettable Splitska Riva. Some people might find certain areas of the city too narrow, but that is the beauty of it of it's history. Wonderful summer vacation for friends or families or whoever decides to come by. Communication with the host was positive all the way.

It was close to other properties and roads so there was a lot of noise from people returning from clubs all through the night till 5.30

Parking was tight to get into, but eventually we got the hang of it. Just a lot of breathe holding - but glad to have it all the same!

Comfortable apartment with good facilities that was in an excellent location - very close to the city centre without being in it, but only a 5 minute walk if you wanted to. Easy checkin, great communication from the host and having a parking spot was invaluable! Excellent value for money, would happily stay again

Entrance to the property when I arrived at night was quite dark and hard to see. I needed to use my flashlight on my phone to find it. Property is not very soundproof. I could easily hear the people above me, especially when in the bathroom, which made me very aware of my own noise. It wasn’t hugely bothersome but something to note. I could hear voices and dogs barking very clearly.

Great location easy walking distance from the Riva and the ferry/bus/train terminals. Lots of amenities nearby including pharmacy and grocery. Property was clean and well-appointed. I appreciated the kitchen facilities for my stay and the shower was great.

The location is excellent, both to the center and to take the boat tours. It was very clean,it had a coffee maker and the host was very helpful and approachable.

There were only 1.5 toilet rolls while we are staying 3-4 nights. But we asked for a bit more from a host and she kindly brought them on the next day.

A perfect location for travelling Split. The center is within a walking distance of 5 minutes only. Also, the space is clean and spacious enough for a couple.

The property is very dated and needs to be refurbished. There was mold in bathroom and kitchen. The pillows were lumpy and they did not have proper bedding. It was noisy at night as there is a restaurant right behind the kitchen window. One night they were partying until 4:00 am. I recommend staying elsewhere until the place is refreshed.

The proximity to the old town, the ferries and the buses was excellent! All were easy to walk to.

There was a lot of outside noise that kept us awake late at night. Some of it was from the balconies of adjacent apartments and some of it from people walking past the courtyard/parking lot for our apartment. Things like yelling, laughing, etc. We felt tired each morning from limited sleep. Additionally, a lot of noise came through the bathroom wall from an adjacent apartment. We could hear what the people were saying!

The apartment is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus station and ferry port. This helped us in terms of arrival, departure, and two day trips from Split. In addition, the best Split historical attractions are about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is a suite, which includes a kitchen/living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Kristina provided us with self check-in instructions that were easy to follow.
