Incredible location very close to the centre of town. Excellent value, and Berti was an amazing host. Waited for us to check in late after our flight was delayed and offered some excellent suggestions for things to do and places to eat while in Split.

duplex , flat 3, wifi was poor. things wouldn't load even though there was a booster. had to sit on stairs in the middle of appartments, outside flat 2 to get wifi at times. this was only downside to the appartment.

so well equipped. host was friendly and welcoming. good location for old town, ferry port and buses. wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Bertie has thought of everything. beach towels and cosy throws on the sofa. thankyou so much.

The stairs are a little tricky on arrival BUT host helped carry bags and once in the room this is not a problem. I mention this for info only and it should not be seen as a negative.

Superb location. Good comms from host prior to arrival. Nice to meet host on arrival who helped with bags, explained apartment facilities and made recommendations. Lots of useful stuff in the room e.g. fridge, kettle, pan & brush, clothes airier, hair dryer etc Bakery/ coffee shop nearby. Supermarket nearby.Comfy beds. Excellent shower.

I think there was an issue with our oven - I tried all the settings and couldn’t get it hot enough for cooking. Could be user error though, it wasn’t worth making a fuss over

The host was super friendly and was waiting for us even though we arrived super late. The host even left us some cookies. The room looked super nice, was very cozy and it was clean. The room was within walking distance from the city center and the port.

Towels could be a bit fluffier (plenty of them provided which was great), and an extra under sheet would be good for the bed rather than sleeping on the mattress protector.

Host is amazing with communication and met me on arrival, and the location cannot be any better right next to the train, bus and ferry, bakeries, supermarkets, outdoor markets, and old town is merely a 2 min walk away. Felt like I was staying in my own bedroom it had such a lovely homely feel with everything you need - fridge, food utensils, beach towels, super fast hot water, air con and comfortable bed

Berti was extremely hospitable and helpful right from the beginning till we got there. He helped us with the bags as well. The apartment is small, albeit very, very well equipped with everything you would need. It has all the basic kitchen cutlery, glasses, napkins, dish washing soap, toiletries and hair dryer and even beach towels!

I liked that Berti was outside the property waiting for me. I arrived at 11pm from the train. Easy walk if you have no luggage.

Twin beds had no room between them. Basically a double bed with separate bedding. We would have preferred a little bit of room between the beds

The accommodation was on the 2nd floor. The host was amazing! He helped us carry our luggage to the 2nd floor. He also dropped me off at the train station as it was raining that day. There was air conditioning.

We had a very nice stay at this accomodation. The apartment is well equipped and had everything you need for a short stay in Split. The location of the room is perfect and quiet, very close to the city centre, the port and the beach. The host is happy to answer all your questions and give recommendations what to do in Split.
