Very sturdy bunk beds. Unlike other hostels where the whole bed shakes when someone climbs up, these ones were very solid! Also, the washrooms were super clean!

Some background noise can be heard in the room from 2 clubs/bars located in the same complex. And some noise from the common room as well. Luckily I has earplugs so it did not bother me much. The kitchen is closed overnight so refill your water ahead of time. The mens showers had very dim lighting. You have to climb 2 sets of stairs which isn't easy if you have luggage (not an issue for me). You are about a 15-20 mins walk to the Riva/old town/Train/Ferry but I knew this before booking - all good. The complex the hostel is located in is a little run down with graffiti and weeds growing through the steps.

Plenty of showers and toilets - never needed to wait. Bed was comfortable, very handy to have a curtain and ledge to store items. Kitchen was well equipped and had seating areas as well. The 8-person room was quite spacious, large lockers were provided for personal items. A small hand towel is provided and some showers have body wash. Late check-in was smooth all information sent ahead of time. Tommy supermarket next door. Large common area with sofas.

Great location, easy walk to the town centre and the port/bus station, close to a supermarket. The hostel is very clean, rooms are big and comfy. They provide a towel.

they don’t really organise any social events for the hostel guests themselves, but again the hostel setup meant it was so social anyways.

the way the hostel is set out is so good for meeting people - all the rooms open up into the common area so it was super easy to make loads of friends. beds were really comfy and the curtains were great, probably the best hostel I’ve stayed in!

kitchen will be closed during the reception close. you should take your foods before it closed if you have to check out before open.

Maybe because i lived beside the door, I could hear sounds from lobby and feel the vibration when someone closes the door. It is nearly 20min walk to city center.

Each bed has curtain which makes private space and prevents from light. The shared places are big and clean.

The hostel is very nice, beds from dorms were good and locker space is great. Kitchen is well equipped, although a bit small for the amount of people. Shared room is very nice and location is good.

Cleanliness of toilets could be improved slightly.

The cabines are great as you have your own space. Before arriving I thought that there would be a lot of noise during the night but that wasn't the case (I think not all of the beds were used though ;)). The location of the hostel is great (near the old town).

Nothing really. The kitchen is comparatively small compared to the dorm capacity, but it never seemed busy while I was there and did not affect me as I didn't use it other than to make tea/coffee.

Really efficiently run, clean and comfortable hostel. Very good value. The dorms are huge but don't feel crowded or noisy at all - the curtains over each bunk make a world of difference (to me at least).

The front door is not sign posted very well. looks like a fire escape door. easily missed.
