The staff gave me the wrong key to the locker, so I had no choice but to leave my stuff in the public locker at the reception. They told me to get back to them after 10 the next morning in order to switch the key so I had to stay late at the hostel till 10AM, only to find out that they gave me the wrong key in the first place. I've talked to 3 staffs and none of them were helpful. Bed was very hard.

Better explanation needed when checking in with regards to how to access the hostel at night when the door has been locked. This wasn't explained to me when I checked in but I think she was just being trained.

Great location right in the centre surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, bars. The room was clean and the locker was spacious.

Walls in the dorms close to the bed not completely clean. Bathrooms smell really bad & are also small talking there could be a lot of people staying here. Guests have to wash their dishes themselves which is kind of gross as they are never really cleaned on high heat. Entrance in a sketchy corridor. Guess good for short stays and low season.

There was no hairdryer (it was fine) but the place was a bit cold and the AC didn't help much, it couldn't get warm enough in a day because of high ceilings (should be considered).

The location is perfect, and the rooms are nice. The main problem was when a group of +-30 students arrived. There were only two toilets and two showers for women (and one shower was out of use), making their use almost impossible. The sinks also had no space to leave your belongings. Additionally, the groups were extremely noisy and inconsiderate toward other guests. The receptionists could have addressed the issue, but they didn’t, which made the end of my stay quite unpleasant.

Sometimes the lift was out of use but we managed fine. Aso I didn't realize when I booked that there was no shower gel included and there was no room service to change the towels and do our beds.

The shower area is pretty small with absolutely no place to change or even hang your clothes, but is still manageable. Apart from this, it’s a lovely property.

The privacy that the cubicles offer are pretty great. The lockers are a bit small, but still manageable. The rooms and the property are super clean and the location is absolutely perfect. The staff is super helpful.

Location 10/10 The girl at the reception on the day of the check out was really kind and polite. Thank you 🙏🏼 The beds are great with a lot of privacy and really comfortable. Breakfast on the last day was also very good.

Everything was great besides the girl who packed her stuff at 5am making noise for one hour 😑 this is not for the staff of course, but people who decide to stay in hostels please be mindful.

This was definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! The location is very central and easy to reach. The rooms and the toilets are clean. The beds are comfortable and the curtains allow some privacy. Everyone has a locker in the room. There are common spaces where to chill or work. Breakfast is decent. The staff was very kind and helpful.
