The manager, shes the most insensitive person you can ever met, shes so rude with the customers, shes narcisist i think, she creates lies to make people believe her, the place was nice but she made it a bad experience

Metal lockers in the rooms and metal doors to toilets and showers. Can be a bit noisy and "tinny".

Clean, fresh, warm and nice beds. I liked the pod like feeling without being closed in. Both dorm rooms and common spaces are airy and spacy. Basic free breakfast and fruit included. Central without being noisy and smokey! Spacy lockers, toilets and showers.

The place is in the city center, but the bedroom is not clean, it suffocates several times at night, the care is not proper, the bathroom is not clean, and the breakfast is not good.

During my stay the cleanliness was a really weak point of the whole hostel (additionally, in front of my room there was a big pile of used bed washes and towels, expecting their line to be washed, it looked very sloppy). The stuff looked mostly tired and indifferent, unfortunately.

I really liked the design and main idea of the hostel, well done! The breakfast was a nice compliment :) The 4-people room was good and had a privacy, but absolutely no air (even with an open window). The location has its pros and cons - very centric and quite hidden, which makes it probably a favourite meeting point for strangers with beers and other stuff. The entry was pretty unpleasant because of the strong smell of the bio trash during both days, I stayed there.

The only thing which I didn't like first was that in shower there was only fixed shower head in "tropical rain" style, no portable one. Thought it can be hard to take shower without getting hair wet But turned out it was ok (and more hygienic I guess)

I actually feel like the hostel reads reviews and really improve, because many minuses were fixed by the time I was there "Capsule" beds with curtains give privacy Elevator is there and working (slow but who cares) Breakfast is included and is in form of self-service, stuff was adding food during breakfast. It included: cereals, musli, milk, bread, butter, jam, choko paste, cheese, salami, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruity drinks. Very good for free breakfast! Fresh fruits were available in the kitchen during all day, tea also Location is amazing! You're going down right to the main street Enormous amount of cafes and restaurants around Free lockers, 3 euros for towel Bathroom was clean, that's great that there're 2 showers, never needed to wait Warm and not stuffy bedroom, you can regulate temperature, good mattresses Nice comfy common area Very caring stuff! When I just moved in, they checked several times on me if everything is good When I moved out, I could leave my luggage till evening, and stay in common area with comfy coach, tea as long as I needed till bus. They even helped me with my bus tickets Social activities and city info is also provided on the desk

The entrance of the hostel is a bit creepy and you think you are in the wrong place, but once you reach the 3rd floor, the hostel is super nice. Breakfast is super bad, definitely is not worth it.

The staff was nice, the private bedroom was big and the bed was super clean and comfortable. The hostel is in the middle of the city, a perfect location.

The location is perfect, in the city center, near to public transport and historical spots. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great facilities. The rooms are designed that you get the most privacy whilst sharing the room with others. A good value for the money.
