the bathroom was clean even though a bit too small. there is also an "outside" space (not really outside the building though) that is used as a smoking area but of course when the doors are not locked, which happens frequently, the smokes get right in, which isn't pleasant. and since the outside area is small, can only be used by smokers.

As it says on the tin. the hostel is behind Zagreb's main square. it wasn't easy to find the entrance at first (they could definitely add a bigger sign or give more instructions on the email confirmation). the room was quite big, with an individual locker. curtains provide the perfect level of privacy. I liked the breakfast included. a good variety of options (even for vegetarians like me).

There is only one bathroom for the entire hostel, the mens bathroom needs some maintenance as the doors dont close easily.

Its located in the center of zagreb, easy to access all tourist spots from there . The rooms are clean spacious and air-conditioned

Bathrooms are really small and really old/dirty The lady from the reception screaming so loud when talking at 8am. She woke up all the dorm. The purpose of an hostel is literally to sleep, why being so loud?

Beds got hot at night if you closed privacy curtain so always had to have it open a bit to let air in. Door to room didn’t close properly so either people would leave the door open slightly or slam it shut. Was noisy especially at night when trying to sleep

Location was great central to everything! Everywhere was clean! Enjoyed my stay. Not the best breakfast but was free so that was a bonus!

The lightening could be improved in the room and hostel can include some more activities within the premise. The basic things like coffee , tea and basic kitchen can be made available

The lady works in the common space. She is super noisy, talking like a bird with her colleagues, direct and video calls. Without her, I could put the score above 9. Sorry.

The location is excellent that you can access to anywhere. I especially love the local market just some steps from the hostel. The bed, room, bathroom, ... all facilities are great.

Location was excellent and the pod design in the bedroom was great for privacy. The bedrooms were really clean and they provided a locker with a key in the bedrooms themselves to keep belongings safe. I also liked the communal area which provided a place to chat with other guests. They also allowed me to leave my back at reception after I had checked out.

The bathroom shower was broken and the toilets smelled like ammonia. The breakfast made us feel more hungry after the before we ate.

The location was central and everything was close by. The curtains made it feel more privet. There was always somebody at the reception.

Toilets/showers did not smell good. 2 men entered in my room (twice) during the afternoon, without knocking or providing an explanation. After the second one, I went to the reception to ask for an explanation. Apparently they were checking the air conditioners. This is no excuse to just enter. Not even knocking. I was sleeping. But imagine that someone was naked or even worst. The hostel does not have (do not enter signs).

A window in my room was not closing properly so the room was noisy. The bathroom is small and there are only two showers and toilets. There's also a bit of a smell in the showers and not everything is sparkly clean.

Centrally located hostel. Comfortable beds that are separated instead of bunk beds. Lockers are provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful every time.

Bathrooms were designed by someone who didn’t have in mind that girls need a shelf to put their stuff on. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner but it wasn’t that bad.

The cubes are very spacious and designed with everything you need in mind (Power sockets, shelves and curtains). Literally in the centre, the best location.

Unfortunately, the bed quality was low. I mean it was going down when you lay down and were uncomfortable. The curtain was not covering the light so I woke up 5 a.m in the morning. That was terrible.

It was in the city center of Zagreb. Great Place for sure 10/10. The breakfast was adequate.

The overall room size was small for 6 people. Made it incredibly difficult to repack your backpack without being in the way of others.

The privacy that the curtain offered and plenty of space in the locker to fit backpacks ect. The location was excellent in the heart of the city’. The instructions on the website to get to the property were exceptional.

Firstly it's a very friendly family hostel. The staff are nice they try to help me in situations. I Like the rooms because it's provide me space and privacy and I feel safe! The location is excellent and everything is near hostel I cannot complain about dirty rooms/toilet, the clean everything. Most importantly the boss Sanja is very good person she made people welcome. Thank you 😊

Mens toilet could be better cared. There is no ventilation and mold is growing. Floor is always wet. Night staff could be friendly, they never bored even saying hello or look at me and other guests.
