A lift especially for luggage checking in/out, and in the showers somewhere seperate to put your dry clothes

Location was amazing, you’re in close proximity to so many bars, restaurants and sites. It was clean, the privacy curtain is tops and beds comfy. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a simple but decent range of free brekky in the morn. Great beer pong tournament, and then partners with the sister hostel for events on other nights as well! Staff were all friendly and helpful, Steven is a ledge!

But I was in trouble because there was no like shelves to put my clothes near the shower boxes in the bathroom. Except for that, it was really nice.

The staff was very kind, and the atmosphere was great! The AC was a good temperature, so I was able to sleep well. I was surprised that I could eat for breakfast at this price!!

-The breakfast was extremely average and minimal. -The bathrooms could be improved by including dry area in each shower stall so you have more privacy -If you can't lift bags, there are many stairs upto Hostel.

The bunks are a great layout, making them extremely private with personal powerplugs and lights. The location well situated to upper and lower towns of Zagreb. The rooms were large with bright and airy feeling.

- very limited facilities i.e. not enough toilets or bathrooms - check out time is quite early - no elevator and the hostel was on the 3rd floor - no proper storage - not quite a comfy bed

The locker was a bit damaged and I had a really hard time opening or closing my closet. Also if someone pulled harder they could break into it.

The construction of the bathrooms made them damp pretty quickly and a bit flooded after a lot of showers, but the staff usually took care of this as fast they could.

This is an amazing hostel right in the middle of Zagreb! The rooms were great with clean, private and quiet beds as well as a proper AC for a very good price. What makes this hostel really nice to stay at is their staff, Stjepan and Becks took care of all my most random questions, were always there to help and made me feel at home in the hostel!

It gets bright in the room in the morning because the curtains in the bedroom and bed are not blackouts.

Only 2 showers. Older people (40/50 yrs) in our room also just be aware it’s not a youth hostel.

3rd floor and no lift (good exercise)

Great location, I only had 1 night and was lucky to be in this location. A walk from all the main museums, landmarks and a nice fresh open market. Very clean rooms, helpful staff and comfortable beds.

one small thing - I had a curtain on my bed in the first dorm and nonne in the second. That would make it perfect.

Cleanliness is not very satisfying. Poor ventilation system in the room (strong smell of sweat and feet) and untidy bathroom(combined with toilet), so those scenes directly reminded me of previous student domitory life. The days I visited Zagreb were unfortunately during a weekend with most stores and museums closed, and staying in the hostel or in the bed all day is bit depressing.

The location of this hostel is exactly at the center of the old town, easily accessible to both upper town and lower town. The bed is comfortable, staff are helpful and hospitable. The public kitchen is a nice place to socialise with young people, they also organise many bar cruises or party nights.

Bathroom and showers area, small and dark. I suggest to apply some hooks for towels and some shelfs for toilette products.

Exellent location in the city center in a quite area. Everything ( bus, supermarkets, restaurants, museum, ect.) at walking distance. Large room with air conditioning. Kitchen and breckfast ok. All hostel very clean and safe. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bathrooms are very dark. Only two men's toilets and showers for the whole hostel.

The beds have curtains that gives you privacy. Very central. Everything is nearby.

I had an overall great experience! The staff were super friendly and hospitable (a special thanks to Steven, good luck on your chemistry paper!😄). Dorm and kitchen was clean and not too crowded. You cannot beat this location.

Whilst I saw the property be cleaned each day, parts of the bathroom looked quite weathered.

The staff were incredible! Very friendly, attentive & patient. The location is also brilliant, right in the middle of the action, super close to all the sites!
