- I asked some staff to turn off the air conditioning instead he turned off he put more down the temperature from 18 to 17 and said it will take time to turn off when you just press the button and turn it off immediately( why lie ) - my room was an oven I asked some staff to turn off the heater there ( completely unnecessary other roommates complained ) nothing happened - the smoking room was horrible bringing smoke everywhere ( annoying from someone who doesn't smoke )

The elevator was out of service and its the 3th floror. It may be a bit difficult to find if you are not careful. There were some young people at the same time drinking and making noise at night.

The location is perfect in the city center. It has fully equiped kitchen, common areas with games, free wifi and locker with a key as well as towels. Kind staff who fixed the problem with the courtains on my bed. 24 hours reception.

Wifi is good in the lounge/shared spaces but weak in my room :( Not sure if air conditioning temperature is centralized, but it can get a bit hot and uncomfortable at night. The stairs leading up to the hostel on the 3rd floor is a lil shady, but you'll be fine.

Location is great and so close to the main Upper Town street. Booked this place because of the capsule bed and I don't regret it. They only have one washing machine + dryer, but you can leave your laundry at the reception and they will do it for you 🤯 Most of the staff is friendly. Sufficient free breakfast options.

Only 2 shower rooms, sometimes will need to wait. Still acceptable. You need to walk up the 3rd floor. The lift is under maintenance.

The location is very good. Room design is also good. Each dorm bed has a curtain and provides a free towel. The common area is spacious and the simple kitchen allows you warm food. Not cooking.

Most of the time the hostel smelled like cigarette smoke. They have a smoking room but the doors are always open so it just smells like smoke everywhere. There are only 2 showers for the hostel so you end up waiting and they are small with barely any room to hang your clothes and towel.

Perfect location, it was close to everything. The bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. It was included so can't complain.

The bathroom was not big enough to the amount of guests. Needs more ways of hanging your stuff in the bathrooms. The elevator was terrible and got out of work. Cortains for the beds would be nice.

The bathroom was cleaned on daily basis but still the smell in the showers could've been better. Additionally, in the evening sometimes noise was getting through to the room.

Even though it was a shared room, the way beds were situated still gave us enough privacy. The staff was amazing - communicative, helpful and overall friendly. The location was great - central, close to nice restaurants and shops

The room I stayed in was facing east and it got very hot in the morning. Got woken up at 6:00 in the morning on Sunday by the cathedral bells.

Excellent location in the city center, very easy to find. The breakfast was decent and the staff was helpful. Very clean despite the large traffic. Overall, excellent value for money. Would recommend for short stays.

A bit difficult to find the entrance

The layout of the beds is super nice so you have privacy and dont get disturbed by roommates. Also the hostel offers activities like bar tours so as solo traveller its easy to make new friendships.
