The guy from the pub crawl on Monday night is Super passive-agressive with everyone, not talking but screaming all the time.. They take people from this hostel to another hostel(world wide hostel)l and the guy in the bar there also super passive agressive. The only intention is to make people drunk and take pictures. Not worth it. The washing machine kept working after 10PM making quite some noise right after the room. The breakfast is really basic, don't expect much from it. The blinders in my room were broken therefore the light comes in very early. The door lock didn't work and the room couldn't be locked.

Untoward attitude from check in staff. Smokers room door needs a automatic closing door mechanism because smokers never close those doors… the lobby was filled with cigarette smoke right to the rooms. I have not yet witnessed a conscientious smoker in my four years in Europe 😄

great location close to many attractions and restaurants, clean well ventilated room, nice bed setup, easy to access on public transport, good place in the heart of the old town.

Nothing specially. Perhaps it was a bit noisy outside during the night, but nothing you can blame the hostel for.

The location of the hostel is just perfect, close to the main square of Zagreb, which is quite a big city. Moreover, the rooms are quite comfortable for the price paid, and so definitely it was the bed which provided a good intimacy. The hostel fulfilled my expectations.

The wifi is a bit on and off (would not recommend a zoom call). No spaces to work online (except for one desk). Kitchen does not have a stove or oven. Room is quite cold at night even with two blankets. There are only three toilets (and one wasn’t working). Curtains on the cubicle would be nice.

Location is perfect! Showers are very good. We got free towels to use and an extra blanker upon request. Cubicles as well as the room are spacious. There are big lockers with your own key to put your stuff.

Bath room was e bit dirty and a toilet seat broken. Breakfast a bit modest. A would prefer to play a bit more and have a blt more of choice. However there are cafès nearby where you can have excel·lent coffee.

Staff extremly friendly and helpful. I left a bag in the locker, with my contact lenses. I was despertate and thought it was stolen. But t'he friendly guy from t'he recepción found It and gave It back to me. Thanks! Bedding was clean.

Breakfast starts just a bit late a 8am if you have activities that start early in the day (e.g. most day tours). The staff was wiling try to accommodate something for earlier but it didn't really work out easily.

The structure of the bed units is perfect- you can organize your belongs easily and there is a socket/light/shelving. There is also a large locker for each person. The day staff guy was extremely nice - really related to you as a person - not just another backpacker passing through.

Both toilet seats in the men's bathroom were broken which was a bit unpleasant. It would be perfect if beds had some curtains.

Bathrooms were ok but regularly were out of toilet paper and hand towel. Breakfast is included but it is just some bread and a jar of chocolate cereal placed on the bench in the "kitchen".

Fantastic location in the centre of old town making it easy to explore the city. Beds were a great size with personal light and powerpoint. Decent sized locker in the rooms that don't feel like they take up lots of space and leave plenty of room to move about. There is a common space however it varies in how social it is, was lucky enough when I was there to meet a couple of people to hangout with but some had said they had struggled to meet anyone in previous days.

the location was awesome! right on the main square, the heart of Zagreb! All the things were under a 10 min walk. The positioning of the beds "into" the wall gave a lot of privacy

the place doesn’t have a locker room, bathroom/toilets were not clean. It was impossible to lock the room itself, the locker was broken.

Just a few tiny things - the bathroom ran out of toilet roll a couple of times, and there could have been more hooks for stuff. Maybe a shelf with the mirror/sinks to put your stuff when getting ready in the morning. Just small things!

The beds felt nice and private with space for individual stuff, The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. I needed to extend my stay last minute and they responded quickly. Location was brilliant and the area and hostel felt very safe. The breakfast was appreciated, and I also liked the 24hr reception.

no kitchen for cooking not so many showers/toilets for the amount of people staying there seemed pricy for a dorm room
