Quite a bit of noise, from outside, from reception (music) and roommates returning late at night.

No towels for private twin. Kitchenette & breakfast were weak. A portable range and a pan (for eggs or boiled water) would bump it up a notch. Biggest complaint was roll down shade was not blackout. Slow elevator an issue if you have heavy bags. Checkout was 10am, not 11am.

Great location for sightseeing, and a manageable walk from train. Facility had a kitchenette, breakfast, that was better than nothing. Staff was friendly & authentic. Place was clean. Liked the furniture in the rec room.

Bathrooms were quite gross - smelt, one of the toilet seats was broken which was kind of dangerous, showers were clogged so that it filled up with water, and there’s not really anywhere to hang your dry clothes.

Beds were comfortable and pod style are nice for a bit of privacy. AC was great given how hot it was. A few communal spaces which was nice. Great location right in the centre. Fast wifi.

Although great location it was situated over a bar that had music playing for the majority if the night. The bathrooms were small. Two showers cramped in so when you exited the shower you came almost straight to the urinals

It was great located and easy to get to. Clean, good (if small) breakfast that was included. The way the beds were made it feel that you had little more freedom than many other hostels

The pillow was too high, it hurt my neck while sleeping. Also there's too much light in the room so it's hard to continue sleeping after sunrise. I would consider either putting curtains in each box or on the main windows of the dorms.

The common areas were nice and comfortable, people were also very friendly and kind, also the breakfast is appreciated

Lockers are pure metal and a bit noisy when someone opens or closes them especially at night. Unpleasant smell in male bathroom.

Fantastic staff and good location. It is close to everything I plan to visit in Zagreb. The room is big and cozy. Lounge is nice. And it is really awesome to have free breakfast.

We had a 2 twin private room. Given how much space there was, 2 beds on the ground would have been more comfortable than a bunk. The was also no air circulation without the window open. But it was super loud at all hours of the night and dawn. The window blocked some noise, combined with earplugs worked well. if it was above a shop instead of a club that might have helped. I would recommend noise cancelling windows (there’s plenty in Europe), a fan, and some hooks in the room, like for towels, and a blackout curtain.

Its very centrally located on a street with shops and bars, so centrally though I don’t think anyone lives there. it’s also above a club/bar. The room was spacious. The bathrooms worked well. Each (men, women) had 2 toilets and 2 showers) and no problems with availability. Having each shower have a a small changing area instead of one big one would have been a better layout, but it’s ok. They have social happenings at night, which are not inside the hostel (or at least the room part), and they have a WhatsApp group. Breakfast was your average hostel breakfast, it was nice to have it included.

There were two toilets in the women's bathroom, one had a broken toilet seat and the other was clogged for a time while I was there. Other than the toilets needing attention, the place was great!

The location was perfect! Couldn't be closer to the center of the city and all the main attractions! And right off the major tram line.

The room was clean, but we are a little bit nerds about cleaning so we think that in some points it could be improved. Please, keep in mind that the place is used mainly by young people so loud music and partying till late night is common. We always take earplugs with us so no problem with it, but for some people, it could be a problem. Earplugs are a must-have here! (even when not sleeping in a shared room :-))

We consider this place as a great price-performance ratio. We had private room for 2 people and the accommodation fulfilled our expectations for sure. The personnel was great and the included breakfast was nice.

The beds were not good, you could feel the springs. Showers were not so clean. But it's a hostel, so this could be expected. The location was perfect, in the middle of the city center, but this does mean that there's a lot of noise from outside at night. The staff wasn't always friendly, sometimes they didn't even say anything back when I said hello/goodbye when waking in/out.

The location was perfect, in 1 minute you're on the main square. The lockers were very big. Large common area. Breakfast is included, nothing special (bread, some meat, cheese, milk, cornflakes and fruit) but a good way to start your day. When they washed my clothes for me, they returned it to me quickly and they even folded my clothes. I had a pleasant stay and would go here again.

There were only two toilets and one of them was broken. Also the bathroom had a kind of moldy smell, especially in the shower. The rooms were very warm.

The location was perfect although the entrance was a little hard to find. The bunks are spacious enough to feel comfortable and have a little privacy.

Entrance hard to spot. Beds ready around 6pm the day I checked in. Ran out of coffee during breakfast daily.

I loved everything. The beds were comfortable and spacious, you have your own locker and key, bathrooms were also sufficient. The common area is amazing, everyone is friendly. Breakfast is everything!!! Plus it has all you need for one to get started with the day. You have common area plus smokers area which is even better!! The two girls working there were the best. Paula, i love you and thank you very much for everything. You can also get lots of stuff from the reception if you are in need, like towels and some toiletries. Overall 100/10, if in Zagreb, im definitely going back to this hostel. It’s too cheap for everything they offer!! Seriously, better than most hotels. P.S can we talk about the location, it is literally in the central!?! how better can this get…
