The bed was not comfortable at all as you could feel the springs in the mattress. It was also very noisy but understandable since it had a central location, and they had events on the hostel as well which they did warn us about. The bathroom was quite small and got very crowded at times.

The hostel is located in the main square which was very convenient. You can reach pretty much everything within a walking distance, such as sightseeings, restaurants,bars, shopping etc. They also served breakfast in the morning which was simple but good. Also good with a locker in the rooms to keep your luggage, without any fee.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower and it smell like sewage. The walls were also full of humidity. Additionally, the elevator was not working on the day of our check in and check out so my boyfriend had to climb 3 floors with an heavy suitcase. Not a good experience.

The location was amazing. Right in the downtown area. Our room also had a big TV with streaming service which was great to unwind after a long walking day.

Amazing hostel!!! The stuff are lovely and the rooms are spacious and you have a cute private area in your bed Not a “party hostel “ bus it is social and you meet great people There aren’t many bathrooms or shower huts it’s not a big hostel so you don’t feel it Would really recommend for solo travel!!

I liked everything.

The wall-built bunk beds were extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean atmosphere of the hostel. Its location in the heart of the city, right on the main square, is unbeatable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zagreb!

I really liked the bed and the staff were SUPER. I needed an easy breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning and they accommodated that, which I’m very grateful for.

Found it hard to sleep due to the noise on the street below. But it isn’t the fault of the hostel.

It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Common room was excellent as were the staff.

The hostel is as central as it gets, yet no outside noise gets through which is great. The room was probably the best hostel room I have seen/stayed in so far. It is super spacious, and everyone gets their own vertical locker with a lock which is quite rare to see at hostels! My favorite part was the bed: The "cubicle" for the bed is very spacious and you have complete privacy from all sides. The fact that the curtain is at your feet, rather than on your side is genius. With the bed being covered on all sides, you can sleep even when the lights are on. The staff were also quite friendly, they simply let me leave my backpack for hours in the reception area after check-out while I went sightseeing. The breakfast could be better, but I can't really complain when it's included in the price!

The location is so good and convenient as it’s in the city center. It might be difficult to find the door access to the hostel because Google Maps (at least mine) wasn’t specific about it! But if you look at the signs, you’ll find it :) The rooms and pods are very clean. The bathrooms are also clean except when it’s ‘rush hour’ and it’s crowded. The staff is incredible! Shoutout to the girl at the front desk who showed me around the hostel. There’s free breakfast which is always nice :) I just spend a night so I didn’t meet anybody. I don’t know if it’s very social, but they have a WhatsApp group chat and a pub crawl!

I really appreciate the hostel's effort to provide its guests a nice hostel experience. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. Free breakfast is also provided.

Got bumped to their other hostel because they only know how to take a reservation and not how to keep it. Other hotel was horrible. Like a studentroom. Obly drunk teenagers

There was nothing I didn't like

Excellent location with very friendly and helpful receptionist who even was so kind to set up breakfast a little bit earlier because of me as I was leaving early. Also the facilities were good and clean and breakfast was having a good variety of choice of different food.

The sheets were dirty and I was surprised that the staff did not want to take care of the roudy american girls i shared a room with. They arrived past midnight and made a lot of noise. When I went to the bathroom and came back they were going through my things. I did not notice until too late that they stole something from me.

The only point was about the number of showers that caused a little bit of problems for the ones who wanted to use it in the evening otherwise everything was really great.

The hostel was really cozy. The beds had the curtains to have your privacy and the showers and toilets were super clean. I really liked the breakfast.

The matress wasn't super confortable but apart from that, nothing to say :)

It was my first time in a hostel on my own, and it was a good first experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The dormitory were great and quite big: each person has his own compartment with some, plug, light, and shelves. There is also a locker for each person for which they give a key. The bathroom/washroom were well appointed, including hooks high up to prevent them from getting wet in the shower. The breakfast was also great. And especially, everything was clean!

There was an issue with the male showers on my last day so the female showers were shared but wasn’t a big deal. Female shower heads are a bit lose so water goes around the place when there’s high pressure.

The location was perfect, the staff made the stay so much better too. The lockers were a great add to the room. The shelves by the bed were amazing to store smaller items. The terrace was the best place to be in the hot evenings and socialise with everyone staying too.
