Parking in the street was out of question, building site across street blocked sea view, breakfast was acceptable but not great. Hotel management charged us city tax despite showing them that it was included in booking fees.

Cleanliness, staff help, parking garrage for €15. Kudos to Lucia.

It was like a war zone due to 2 km of beach under construction at the front of the hotel found there were very few restaurants within walking distance and as we didn’t have a car it was all uphill and hot for a couple in their 70s There was also rubble we had to walk through with our luggage and every time we left or entered the hotel Unfortunately we booked for a week on a non refundable rate and were very disappointed We messaged the manager to let him know we were not happy and if there might be a solution to our predicament he suggested we use Uber type eats We like eating out as this is part of the holiday which was greatly spoilt due to lack of options

The location will be better later. When we were there, there was a huge construction site between the hotel and the sea. Minibar is very expensive.

The breakfast is ok. There's stuff to make sandwiches, some warm sausages with fried eggs and omelet, yoghurt etc. Staff is helpful and nice.

Both minor things - there was no kettle in the room so no availability of a hot drink at night, this may not bother some but I need tea to do anything including sleep, haha. It wasn't a problem in the morning as breakfast is from 7.30am. The shower was just ok.

The location is brilliant. The staff really make the hotel as they're all so friendly. Check-in was quick & easy which was welcome after a delayed flight. The room was spacious, comfortable and had air conditioning, there was plenty of room for luggage and a safe and stocked fridge if you needed it. Breakfast is well presented with a nice selection, I particularly enjoyed the omelettes and it was nice to have some different things to try each day.

Photos were misleading as the hotel is a small part of the large building shown. Did not expect to climb quite a few stairs. Our room had a table and chairs reserved for our room with a note saying so, but it used by others to talk loudly and smoke right outside our window. Had to tell them to go away. This should be better marked off...

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean spacious room and bathroom. Easy free parking. Location by beach. Good breakfast. Staff made every effort to avoid scents to which we are allergic, as per our request.

Breakfast was good, although not much diversity. Price was great for the location, and staff were super friendly. Room was a good size for one or two people — cozy but definitely enough space.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Construction outside that we should have been warned about. Poor breakfast with instant coffee.

Nothing we really didn't like - we had a fab experience of this hotel. I suspect when the building work opposite is finished this will be an even more prime location, as it seems to be aiming to provide a boost to leisure activities right opposite from the hotel.

Located near good beaches alongside the sea. Despite some building work opposite, we had an excellent sea view from a private patio, with no disturbance. Staff went above and beyond, being really welcoming and friendly. Being a small hotel the range of food for breakfast was not as large as some bigger hotels, but all our favorites were there and we were well catered for - the omelette is especially recommended! We had a fantastic holiday in Split, and staying in this hotel made a big contribution to this. Would definitely stay here again.

No working AC, we slept in a 28C room. Had to walk 5 minutes to another beach because there was a construction site on the beach. Parking had to be done on the public road instead of parking privately(15€ per night extra!)

The AC was defective and despite it was working it was not cooling the room and it was very hot and humid inside. I mentioned this issue to the frontdesk but it was not fixed during my stay. The parking sitiuation is not ok for the moment because in front of the hotel is a construction site but this i will improve in the future

The air conditioning in my room and others (I asked other hotel guests) was simply ineffective and poor - my room was actually warmer than outside. There are air conditioners in each room but they essentially don't work and are useless. There is also construction going on across the street so there is no peace and quiet. The manager refused to credit my stay at a 50% rate and would not take any responsibility in the fact that air conditioning is advertised but it is not functional - which is probably the most important thing in the middle of the hot summer in July.

The price was attractive for the season but there wasn't any mentioning that the hotel was in the middle of a construction site. There was no road or walkway to the entrance of the hotel, for at least 100 meters, only gravel road for trucks. When I first came with a motorcycle I had a tyre puncture on that gravel from a steel debrie. The room is not air conditioned when you are out, so every time you come back it is overheated. And then the air condition is a joke. Luckily at the time of my visit at least the nights were cool enough..

The morning shift clerk was helpful and nice.

The price was ridiculously high considering the location, facilities and standard of the room. Room 6 is right next to reception and you can hear every little noise including chairs being moved during breakfast.
