United KingdomBreakfast is great but some of the buffet item get cold quickly, for example there was a lot of fried eggs but since they had been made for a while they were cold (the scrambled eggs made up for it)
Clean big room, lovely helpful staff, very comfortable bed, nice fun pool on the rooftop (although a little cold but appreciated to wake up in the morning). Bus 10 gets you to Dubrovnik every 30 minutes and is right accross the street. And if you get to try it Pista and Pazza is a very tasty restaurant.

RomaniaThe kitchen has everything, except some pots. You can’t really cook anything. Seems like it’s there more for show. Obviously I was not planning to cook anything complex, but would have been nice to have this option. Coffee is bad, first I thought it was tea. The same coffee you get in the room the same is in the breakfast area. We could not figure out how the ac works, it was always a bit too cold, and we could not manage to take it down a notch, we just had to close it.
We had the nice pleasure to see we got a one bedroom apartment, which is beautifully decorated, modern, has two baths, an open floor living room with dining, kitchen, a small desk area. So super super nice room. I was under the impression I reserved a superior room, but anyway. Breakfast is super good quality but lacks diversity, only the meats or cheeses were a little bit different. If your stay for a few days it’s perfect, if your stay a week or more, might get a bit boring. Very clean everywhere in the hotel, rooms, cleaning done daily, changing of towel, the room has slipper, robes and everything you need, extra pillows, blanket. We specifically requested a room with garden view away from the main road to be more quiet. We got a corner room that had one side being a little bit to the road. In the daytime you could hear some cars but it wasn’t very disturbing. In the night it was pretty quiet. There is a nice pool at the top, we didn’t really manage to go there because it has a closing time at 7 or 8 in the evening. Very close to shops, mall and beach. Parking was free and they offered us two small bottle of water for the road, which was really nice.

IsraelPoor service for dinner in the restaurant. Pizza-eaters seemed to get preference over the others.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Wifi was fine. The hotel is a short bus ride from the old city and we were given clear instructions.

Everything went well. Small hotel convenient to the airport and a small mall with grocery store and H&M. on a somewhat busy street but so very well built, very quiet, modern, thoughtful, décor. example, built in night lights in the bathroom. My partner is very selective about her croissants. After 10 days of trying many bakeries in various Croatian sites, she rated these the best (not to mention homemade, fig, strawberry and apricot jam).

We were upgraded to a 2 room suite which was supremely comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff was super helpful in all questions. The location is super with the beach 2000 feet away and a super supermarket across the street in a good shopping mall. The immediate beach was a little too busy for us but a short work over a mall hill to the north is a beach with abandon hotels was so good and comfortable. Overall, our visit to Dubrovnik was made wonderful by Hotel One Suite. We give a good thanks!!!

We loved even more than the last time. Gorgeous small hotel, location is excellent. Find the whole area so relaxing and calming. Love the new restaurant food was amazing. Healthy breakfast we just loved it. Staff were all friendly and kind. Packed breakfast for the early morning flight was a lovely touch. We will return for sure.

United KingdomFinding reception initially was a little tricky, we had to work out ourselves where the WiFi code was, would have be good to have this explained on arrival. Gaining access to the pool top terrace was disappointing as not accessible, I think the hotel is more geared to the seasoned business travellers and not tourists
The room was amazing and the breakfast was great to, staff where very pleasant but could have been more informative about the fantastic hotel facilities on offer and perhaps been a bit more informative about the local attractions on offer as we had to stumble across these ourselves.

Location is great for buses/Uber into the Old Town and close to beaches, cafes, and restaurants. Breakfast each morning was lovely, and the hotel was quiet and had a boutique feel. Staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions/give advice. We were upgraded to a 1 bed apartment, and it was clean, spacious, and modern. We were very happy with our stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were all great! The hotel was spotless! The breakfast was delicious. There was a very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. It was in a perfect spot. 15 mins one way to Dubrovnik and 15 the other way to Cavtat. And the bus stop was right outside. The beach is about 3 mins walk and there a a couple of lovely walking trails nearby.

CroatiaIt is a beautiful hotel newly built and has a great atmosphere. Very clean ! The room was spotless, beds are huge & really comfy. Staff were amazing, helpful, warm & friendly. Breakfast buffet is nice. I had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was delicious and well-represented. Parking in the building, with an elevator straight to the rooms. Highly recommend to stay there!
