The location was good, we walked along the beach to the main centre or got an Uber, but if I’m being picky I wish it was a little closer but it didn’t matter the walk was lovely and an Uber takes 15 minutes max and is very cheap! The cost for drinks and food is a little pricey, however you pay for quality, the food and drinks were very good, no complaints!

Very modern, smells like a spa all the time which is wonderful. There is a gorgeous terrace to sit on and look over the sea with a drink and it’s the best. The spa facilities are also great, and all the staff are so friendly from all departments!

All staff very friendly and helpful! Spa facilities were great, a relaxation zone and an indoor pool overlooking the sea as well as a good selection of saunas. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast selection good and food very tasty.

Everything was great, except for the TV in the room. On the day of arrival (Friday) in the evening, the TV system in the entire hotel broke down and was not repaired until departure (Monday). I think that a hotel of this category must have a technician on duty even on weekends.

It was too hot in the room, we called the reception and they said the air con cannot be fixed. A lot of other little things, like the hanger for drying in the shower was broken, eggs were hot one day , one day cold… etc. If we paid full price we would have been very disappointed. For five star it needs some improvement. But since we had a super discounted price we are happy with everything.

Breakfast was incredible. Especially the waiter Spasoja! Please let him know that he is the best, he was super nice and always helping us with everything we wanted. We got a free room upgrade.

Only 2 complaints: one big blanket for two (prefer separate ones), coffee at breakfast (taste is not nice/ about disgusting, only one coffee machine, smth wrong with the way how it portions coffee)

Location (and great view out of the room), very clean, spacious and quiet apartment with everything you need (toiletries, bathrobes, slippers etc), 2 rooms, 2 toilets, spacious balcony well equipped (sofa, deck chair, table and chairs), very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast (apart from coffee), nice gift from the hotel of parking for free
