We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ArgentinaThe location is excellent. There are all kinds of shops and a supermarket just a few steps away. Our room was super spacious and comfortable. The cleaning was perfect. Nives is an incredible person, super friendly and willing to help at all times. She was an excellent host: she gave us recommendations on places to eat, beaches to visit and tips for public transport. In addition, she allowed us to use her washing machine and took care of hanging up our clothes and bringing them dry to our room. It was truly a pleasure to stay at her property.

MaltaVery close to downtown. 10-15 min walking distance from the port. The host was very nice to us. I left my phone behind in the room and went to Hvar and she kept it for me for 3 days. Although it was a shared bathroom accommodation, it was always very clean and not busy. It worked very well for us. It was a bit stressful to park since the surrounds was busy, however we were lucky and the ost helped us.
