The towel in the bathroom was dirty. I put it on the floor and next day was changed, still .... not sure how it got there a dirty towel . The bathroom from the restaurant was smelly

The room was excellent, very clean and tidy. It has everything you need. It’s spacious enough, and I felt very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. The window didn’t have a view, but that didn’t bother me at all.

This time I didn't like the service at the breakfast. The waiter was not explaining how ordering the breakfast works, and he expected me to know what is included and what is not included in my breakfast for free. He gave me the regular menu from the restaurant and I did not know what I should pay and what not. The breakfast section with dishes that are included in my room price were showed with a price tag, so I was confused. Also, I waited for the breakfast almost 30 min! i think it is too long when you have breakfast included in the price. I would suggest that you make a separate menu for breakfast for people who stay at your place and who have breakfast included in the bedroom booking. And let the guests know which parts of the breakfast they get included, and which ones they have to pay extra. Also please make it faster, some of us are in a rush in the morning and we need to have a quick breakfast. Having a buffet breakfast could help. There were no other dislikes. See you again!

I llove everything about Merlon. It was my 3rd time staying there, and I loved it. I don't mind the music from the pub, it does not influence my sleeping. The mentioned breakfast experience is not going to stop me from coming to stay again. I will return for sure!

We loved our clean, modern spacious apartment. It was the perfect space for our family of 4 and breakfast was included. We loved the location & exploring the (Old Town) Stari Grad Tvrda.

I like the location of Merlon property in the center of old town Osijek. Property is very modern and nicely decorated. It gives you opportunity to stay long at night in the restaurant & bar with your friends. Also, all other restaurands and bars are very close and you do not need the car. Fro other side, if you like to be at more quite places, than Merlon is not for you. Big plus is that Merlon gives you place to part the car in near the property without charge.

I didn't have breakfast, but my coworkers had, they were very satisfied. I very much like that Merlon has that offering, same for lunch and dinner.

I booked a bigger room than I received, but due to the fact that the gentlemen I had during check-in spoke no English, it was impossible to explain the situation and just went with it.

The staff that spoke English was very nice. Area of the hotel is perfect. Breakfast was decent and included. Beds were quite comfy and there were plenty of towels.

Location is no longer viable due to the area being blocked off from vehicles. We parked in a parking lot approximately 250 metres away and received a parking ticket on our return.

The property is clean, the rooms are super quiet, above all we had a helpful, great staff all along. Just downstairs, the Merlon bar offers wonderful delicious food and drink. The location is great in the historical district. If you are looking for an accommodation in Osijek, Sobe Merlon should be your choice.
