The views of the riviera and promenade from the exclusive balcony is alone worth the price of the stay. The management support was top notch with excellence communication on things to see, things to do, but also any support needed with the apartment. Tastefully furnished with all modern amenities, this apartment is a gem!

The breakfast was served in the nearby restaurant, and it was amazing! Delicious coffee, fresh juice and tasty eggs/bread/anything you want ! The location is so top! In the heart of Old town and with the direct sea view from own balcony. Cleaning was made every day. The apartment is spacious, you have everything you need inside - washing machine, drying machine, two bathrooms, coffee machine etc. Definitely coming here again!

Nothing, wonderful stay!

One of the nicest places we have stayed recently, huge living/dining area, superior views of Riva/water from unit and terrace, nicely decorated, easy access to sights, beaches and park. Wall of glass doors opens to breeze, sunset, boats and fills the place with light. Roko is attentive and full of helpful info. The two restaurants that are breakfast options are perfect, with fantastic full breakfast choices, one has outdoor dining on the Riva if you prefer. You cannot go wrong here.

Unfortunately the open air rooftop nightclub just down the road on the main harbour front plays very loud dance music until the early hours each night! It does completely drown out any peaceful sounds at night anywhere you are along the waterfront!

Apartment is beautiful - open, airy, bright, clean - exceeded expectations! Wonderful balcony with bi-fold doors, whole length of the apartment, overlooking Riva with bustling restaurants underneath. Host was lovely and met us at the street and showed us to the apartment and helped with the suitcases, plus gave useful information to navigate Split. Massive amount of floor space and we comfortably stayed with 3 people using the sofa bed.

Lots of stairs to climb with luggage. Bathroom started smelling after a couple of days of a family of 4 using it.

Toilet had slow leak so we could hear the valve frequently topping-off the tank. Taking a shower resulted in quite a bit of water on the floor. We quicky learned how to place a towel on the floor to catch the water. Toilet compartment not very sound-proof.

Location couldn’t have been better. Breakfasts at Brasserie 07 were great. Wait staff were excellent. Liked having a refrigerator. Coffee maker and coffee was very good.

Full service meet up and super helpful with bags. Roko was amazing and super welcoming! He was the best host ever! He also gave us a thorough and super helpful introduction to the city and sights nearby. Super helpful and responsive all the time - leading up to and during our stay. We would definitely stay again

Very welcoming and helpful host Roko. Fantastic location, really nice spacious apartment with everything you need. Great balcony, bifold doors and view. Excellent arrangement with two local restaurants for really fab breakfast. Up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, and Roko helped with our bags.

Sofa bed in living room however no block out blinds if you’re sleeping in that area.

Great location and very spacious. Added bonus of washer and dryer combo. Roko great host and available to assist with any local advice.

The downside of the Riva location was the noise! It's not a problem in the bedroom which is double-glazed but does affect the living area with the doors open. Although the apartment is lovely, some of the furnishings could do with a more contemporary make-over and it didn't score so well in our books on a 'value for money' basis. Personally, since we try not to eat breakfast on holiday we'd have preferred a lower rate with breakfast not being included. The breakfast (we went to Brasserie 07) was excellent however.

Lovely apartment with stunning view, especially with the bi-fold windows pulled back. Location right in the thick of things, and easy access from the ferry. Really nice, responsive hosts and all requests met promptly without fuss. Note: upper level apartment with no lift. Hosts helped us with luggage.

The location was fantastic. It was close to all the places that I wanted to go. Although it wasn't a hotel, Roco was at my service all the time to support me. Room was very comfortable and the view of port of split was absoulutely wonderful and relaxing. We wished that we could stay for more!

There was no elevator. No problem for my wife and me, but would have been a deal breaker for some. If you can handle a few flights of stairs this is might be the best place in Split to stay. Apartment could use two bar height stools for sitting out on the porch viewing the promenade and harbor. A chair is too short to have a good view of the promenade. Standing is great, but sitting higher up would be outstanding.

The view was the best part of the apartment. A better view than anyplace we have stayed in Europe. The walk from the Split Promenade through part of the Palace to the apartment was amazing to include the ancient stone work little nooks and crannies with restaurants and bars tucked into the coziest of places. The location was in the wall of the Palace itself. The apartment had a washer/dryer. The apartment provided maid service. The apartment provided excellent breakfast at two different restaurants. The manager connected with us at the Split Promenade and assisted with luggage to the apartment. He went through everything in the apartment and recommendations for Split.

There's nothing not to like!

We stayed in the top floor suite which also had a private roof top terrace and the views were stunning from both, the photos don't do it justice. Perfect location right above the Riva promenade and just 2 minutes walk into the old Palace. Hosts Roko and Ante were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

You’re high up enough that the majority of noise from the promenade isn’t too bad, but I was still grateful I brought a pair of earplugs — light sleepers should definitely bring them anyway. And of course anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs should be warned of the many flights required to climb (we didn’t mind — helped burn off all the gelato)

Holy moly, the photos don’t do it justice. That view is stunning, and you are high enough above the promenade that nobody looks up enough to see you watching them. The apartment has every modern convenience you could ask for, including a clothes washer/dryer combo unit! We planned to grab fresh ingredients from the famers market and cook one night, but we were so tired from excursions we ate out and brought drinks back instead - kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed! The mini welcome champagne was a wonderful and welcome surprise, too. Cleaning lady was efficient and replaced towels every day! I also loved how tucked away the building entrance was. But all of this pales in comparison to Roko’s incredible help, communication, and friendliness! His assistance and availability were instrumental to our getting to and from the apartment comfortably. There are a LOT of stairs to get to the room, and he helped carry our heavy luggage the whole way there and then again to the ferry when we checked out! Absolutely outstanding host who made our honeymoon in Split a magical experience.

Eating out three times a day can be taxing. Just a small microwave to heat or reheat leftovers would be a super option.

The coupons for the free breakfast at No. 07 Cafe was a great option. Conveniently, it was just a few meters down the street, with great food and a wonderful staff. The location must be the best in Split, right on the Riva and with a fantastic sea view. The WiFi and streaming options are unbeatable. Best of all likes was dealing with our host, Roko. Wonderful, friendly, attentive... what more could you want in a host?

Really the only negative is that the shower is really small and has a curtain instead of a door (there is a large tub, however).

Roko met us at check in with a lot of good advice for the area. They included vouchers for free breakfast each day at a wonderful Cafe. I didn't know about this in advance, which was a nice surprise. The unit is comfortable and the location is really unbeatable.
