Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything really. Manager of the place is really nice and accommodating. We got an early check in which was amazing. Right in the center of the beautiful old town with a view on the main street. Good facilities and the place is super clean :)

The location is perfect! You are in the center of the old town and you can walk to all attractions (city walls, fortress,) as well as to the beach. You can visit historical sites in the morning, then come back to the apartment and get ready to go to the beach . Mubera provided us with beach mats and towels which was super helpful for Banje beach. The host also gave us multiple tips on where to eat which were all great and was always responsive!

The bathroom seemed to always remain very hot, almost like a sauna. Maybe some extracting system to help combat this would help.
The location is second to none. Also, the view below onto the stradun was superb.

The single beds. Would’ve preferred a double but given the shape of the room this likely not possible.
Location was absolutely perfect. Can’t get any better than staying on the Stradum. The room was also a great size.

The room is pretty small but probably quite typical of many rooms in the old town. We didn’t really spend a lot of time in there so it didn’t matter.
The location was amazing and so was the host. The host totally outdid herself so this property gets a 10 because of her and the location.

The Suite did have some stairs but we fully expected that and in no way did that have any negative impact on our view of the wonderful experience.
Wow, what a stay. It was our first visit to Dubrovnik and we thought it important to stay in the old town and our view was reconfirmed by our stay at this wonderful Suite. The location and experience was perfect. Our intention was to experience life in the old town and that was exactly what we got. Everything was convenient and on our doorstep. Mubera as our host was wonderful and communicated extensively with us to ensure we had all the information required to maximise our stay.

All was perfect however I would like to suggest a mirror in the bedroom. There was only one mirror in the bathroom.
Fantastic location, the hostess (Mubera) was a fantastic person, so hospitable and helpful. The bedroom was small but functional and beautifully decorated.. The building has a fantastic history..

Does not have to do anything with the apartment itself but if you are travelling with car then be prepared to walk quite a bit as the city lacks of parking spots.
If you are looking for a place in Dubrovnik old town, this place is a great choice. Very good location, literally in the middle of everything.

The hot water ran out after 30 mins of showering so my friend showered in mostly cold water. The AC was in a weird spot with the way the room was set up so whoever slept in the bed on the inside didn’t get any airflow and was really hot.
Right in Old Town so location was super convenient. Host was super communicative and helpful with getting access and giving recommendations. Very great about letting us leave our luggage till late as well.

I rented Mubera's apartment and the service was outstanding. Mubera, the owner and manager, was always available and helpful with directions. The apartment's proximity to the Main Street in Dubrovnik's Old Town was a huge advantage, with no stairs to climb before reaching the building. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the bathroom door, but Mubera instantly came with a technician and fixed it. Highly recommend for an exceptional stay in a convenient and central location.
