Great location. Very close to old town and also close to the bus stop from airport. The owner is very friendly. Gave a lot of tips and recommendations about the town and places to visit. Apartment very cozy with all commodities you could need. The bed is very big and comfortable.

The host Ms Ivana was very friendly and accommodating as we had to change our booking and check in times due to bad weather. When we arrived, she was very kind to introduce Split to us and made us feel at ease in the city. The recommendations that she gave were good and she offered help very generously. Best host during our stay in Croatia! The accommodation was clean and well organised. It was well equipped with basic necessities. Best part will be that it is located very near to old town where you can find attractions and food within 5-10min walk.

Wonderful location near the center of Split. The apartment that we stayed in looked smaller in the pictures shown on Booking but it turned out to be quite a spacious place (great enough for 3 people). The area where the building is located is pretty quiet but within a walking distance from the center. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and the hostess was really friendly and responsive.

Friendly staff, good location, clean and a comfortable bed. If you plan to stay in Split for a few days, definitely do consider this place.

Everything was perfect! Super comfy, efficient AC, super clean, kitchen and bathroom has all you need. The host was super nice and even allowed us to have an early check-in. Car park is super secure. 5 min walk to the old city, less than 10min walk to be in the heart of the Diocletian palace.

It was slightly difficult to locate the parking until we met with the host. She was able to guide us to the correct garage and spot once we met though.

The room was nicely finished and had a beautiful bathroom. The host was very welcoming and marked locations of things to see and places to eat on a provided map of the city. She also went out of her way to have an item we forgot in the room delivered to us at one of our later accommodations.

Parking, but we didn’t use their designated parking space, although it was offered. The parking garage was a very short walk from the building. Instead we were parked in a lot close to the entrance and you had to back out down a long driveway to get out. Parking is challenging in Split.

Very clean, had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to communications. The large mural on one side of the building made it easy to find.

Great location, only a few minutes from Old Town. Ivana, the host, made the best impression! She met us when we arrived, walked us to the parking garage, and gave us the best recommendations for the area! The room is very nice and comfortable.
