I liked that the hotel was really warm and clean - the rooms, the bathroom and the spa. Breakfast was really nice and the hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the very center of Split. The staff was great.

I have little to complain about in this hotel. If I were to point out something, it would be that there could have been some hanging hooks on the walls. There were wardrobes there, but it would have been smart to have a couple of hooks as well. There was a safe there, but it was just loose inside the cupboard, so even if you could lock things in the safe, it was easy to run away with it.

A very nice hotel to stay at. Good breakfast, but you should be more than 180cm to get to fried eggs, bacon, cold cuts etc as much of the food was placed a bit high up and far inside so that it was impossible to open the lids over the food. ;-) My partner had to have my help to get to this point. Very pleasant staff and a great indoor swimming facility where it was also possible to book a massage. The hotel was a little outside the city, with about a 15-20 minute walk, but I would undoubtedly choose this hotel again. I kept forgetting to write something about the cleaning staff. They were efficient and did a very good job. In our room, they had fixed and arranged while we ate breakfast.

Great hotel, lovely large room and bathroom with great shower. Coffee facilities and fridge in the room . Staff so friendly and helpful. There is a heated pool, sauna, and Turkish bath downstairs, which is free to guests across the carpark, a good restaurant that sits great burgers. 15-minute walk into the old town, or a number 15 bus. Breakfast was incredible...huge choice. Off-street safe parking too. Loved our stay.

Very helpful and kind staff, the spa is really nice. Not to miss the breakfast was varied with consideration for dietary requirements. The rooms were very tastefully done and the bathroom is quite spacious. The location is within a short walking distance (max 1Km) from the center and also bacvice beach. We like to walk so we didn't mind

The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walking distance from the old town and had it's own free parking. It is small but modern. We stayed in the standard room with as small balcony. The view is not much,but the room is nice, clean and spacious enough for two. Spa is also small, but you can relax after the whole day of walking. The staff is very helpfull.

It could be closer to the old city. But to be fair, we knew that it would take 15 minutes to walk to the old city when we booked. It was a good way to work off some of our dinners :)

This hotel is unbelievable, I was so relaxed and comfortable. The room is gorgeous, very clean, has amazing bed, good tv, mini bar, robe and slippers. The staff at reception are so helpful and kind. The spa is brilliant also, really enjoyed my stay overall!

Hospitality level of Croatian employees in hotels is very high. Everything explained very well and TIme has a very nice swimming pool with welness area, brand new. Good food and good rooms. (only the locked door to another room is a little inconvenient) I forgot my sweater and was informed timely about it, very much appreciated.

The waiter at breakfast was a bit grumpy and didn’t ask me if I needed anything, didn’t even notice me to be honest until I asked him a question. I think he was appalled that I want a decaffeinated coffee ha ha … not a very Croatian thing I must admit. Location is a bit out of the way but great to park the car and it’s still only about 1 km away from the old town.

The best thing about my stay was the warm welcome I received from Isla when I arrived, customer service is a passion of mine and she was excellent. The room was clean and perfect for what I needed. The wi fi didn’t work but a quick call to reception and it was sorted. The spa is a fabulous added bonus and yet again a very helpful, friendly member of staff made it all so very easy and comfortable. Seriously the women in this hotel are excellent. The breakfast was excellent and way above the normal standard so I will be going back and recommending Time.

Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the old town. It has a free parking. Breakfast is excellent. Room and the bathroom are clean. Rooms are quiet, we didn't hear a noise from the other rooms. All hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

Water pressure in shower was a bit low. Not sure if it's due to third floor, but bit annoying.

Everything was as expected - clean and tidy room. Breakfast was excellent! Room is comfortable and spacious. Free parking is a big plus. Very practical location for business visits.
