Not much really. Overall lovely experience. We stay in a lot of places in Hungary (Hungarian Family) so we have quite an experience of Hungarian places and this was a top notch one really.

All around great value for money, nice central location and very helpful staff. Overall a great experience and we will be back next year as we are back in the area again.

Would’ve been better if there was a shower gel. Also, the tax fee not being included in the initial payment is a minus, because I had to pay cash, which I didn’t have and I had to find an ATM to get some cash.

Spacious and pretty clean. The temperature in the room was great. A big plus for the parking space being inside the courtyard.

I don’t like the lack of “ interest” let’s say. There are a few things that could be improved in the rooms. Like the shower, the sink. The doors should be checked, because there was some cold coming inside. Maybe a better table would be ok also in the rooms.

I like that the prices are not so high, the fact that it has an interior parking, it’s in a quiet place.

Bed is bad in quality, too soft, blanket is short, and rooms get damped too easily after shower.

The room was tiny (which didn't matter much to us in particular) and the cleaning staff present in the morning didn't speak any English. This also didn't matter to us as the English-potent receptionist showed up in the morning anyway.

The accommodation was pretty nice. We were allowed to enter the property way later than agreed (due to some unexpected road complications). The yard is nicely suitable for car parking. The receptionist we met one day later was very kind and allowed us to keep the car in the yard despite the checkout.

There is no table in the room but I ended up working in the kitchen with other people, which was actually nice.

Rooms look great and are very clean. Beds are comfortable. I could park my car in the courtyard before the actual check-in and leave it there until after my check-out. Check-in was easy as keys are accessible from key boxes. Location is good if you plan to go to the Fonix arena as it is easily accessible by foot (~10 min)

I called twice and they didn't respond except when i told them that i am coming within hours via message and they called back, during check out I sent them sms to ask how i will check out and i didn't receive response until o saw house keeping and i gave her the key, also i didn't know how can I open gate if garage and i sent sms and without response and i needed almost 15 minutes to figure out how it works. Hence there should be more focus on customer service.

Room is good and excellent and there is a garage free of charge.
