It was difficult to find the light switches and the lighting was quite poor.v
The facilities were tastefully decorated to make one feel pampered yet at home. Our room was perfect including the comfort of the bed. The Bistorant served great tasting food. The breakfast was excellent. We will likely return.

Rooms rate a bit too high for a small town like Kecskemet, why one has to pay parking separately? Some of the staff not very friendly
The spa center on the top floor with pool is worth a visit and is included in the room rate. The restaurant quite close to "fine dining", narrow choice, but excellent cooked and plated and not too pricey. Breakfast offers a large variety. Beds very comfortable, low noise level of A/C. Location is about 15 min to downtown and very convenient to exit the highway to Szeged or Budapest

Cannot be better.
The best hotel in Kecskemet, the only hotel in the city where I would stay again and again. Everything is excellent, no noice, comfortable bed, great breakfast, nice personal.

The garage is a bit too far from the main entrance of the hotel. I could not find any direct entrance from the garage into the hotel.
Nice and clean hotel with lots of facilities, good restaurant, quality food served quickly. Secure garage for a fee.

Our room was near the elevator and you could hear the bell of it when the doors opened. The reception staff was distant and not very welcoming. Some smiles and attention to the customers could make an easy difference.
Comfortable bed, lots of storage space, nice lobby, quiet corridor floors with soft carpet, decent spa area.

There's no such thing!!!
As I marked above the hotel was perfect for our stay. We arrived late due to traffic, so we couldn't use the SPA, but the parking was very convenient the hotel was clean and nice looking and the restaurant served a very good buffet diner for a very decent price. The breakfast in the morning was one of 5 best in my hotel experience.

Dark rooms with inadequate lighting. Mini bar empty on arrival. Aircon took about 3 hours to change the temperature in our room by 1.5 Celsius.
Modern, smells nice in the foyer, good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.

Quite disappointing really. Had to wait quite a while till I got my room, as it wasn’t ready even after 3 pm at check in. The room has got air condition, but for whatever reason it just doesn’t cool down the room. That’s annoying since it was almost 40 degrees outside. Same goes for the fridge, it doesn’t cool at all. Stayed for a week, my room didn’t get cleaned twice, didn’t even make up the beds. Couldn’t figure out why, as I left my room every day at lunchtime and returned late evening . Apart from that the room was ok, bed was comfy. Breakfast was always fresh, the choice was limited, but for me it was enough . It’s always a nice touch to get greeted once you enter the hotel, unfortunately that never happened. The location is bad, loads of road works , but that isn’t really the hotels fault. All together it did it’s purpose, I needed a place to stay, but sadly won’t be coming back, as the staff didn’t even seamed bothered when I raised the issues.

Very unprofesional.The reception people does not care about clients, did not want to give a help to the customers.The furniture is very old and a lot of scretchies on it.It is not a good decesion to stay on this hotel.

I stayed in 329 but there was a permanent “bubbling noise” heard all night. Later I learned that the wellness part was above me on the fourth floor…☹️

check in experience awful, so bad I checked out at same time no parking available as hold conferences most days and they take all parking spaces, so guest can’t park come check in time major roadworks right outside makes getting in and out a challenge manager had audacity to blame EU problem cos hospitality can’t get decent staff!!! yet they still want to charge full rate and offer 2nd rate service. shocking hotel
