The rooms could use a fresh layer of paint and the few pieces of furniture they have should also be changed because they are really worn. The same goes for the shower at least on the second floor where our room was situated.

The Hostel is very well placed in the middle of the city with shops, coffees, bars just a couple of steps away, and both the train station and the banks of the river 5 minutes walk.

The bathroom was dirty. The toilet was full of urine. The shower cabin was unwashed and full of residues. The sheets on the bed were unwashed and torn. The beds were improvised. Musty smell.

The property is in the city center and you can find paid parking lots nearby.

It is totally in the city centre, perfect location The whole hostel has a very unique vibe I liked the self check-in In whole Győr you could not find a better place to sleep at this price

That we couldn't get to the hostel with our car to drop off our things, but it is in the middle of a pedestrian area.

The location is great and the pub is really interesting, Gyor is a lovely town to discover. Despite it's central location the room was quiet.

1. They are lying about free parking. No free parking available near the property. Nearest free parking is 700 meters away from the property. I had to walk all the way from there with my luggage. 2. Old sheets and pillows. 3. Very Noisy and creeking wooden stairs. It was very awkward at night. 4. No elevator available for 2nd or 3rd floors. Stairs to the 3rd floor were very steep wooden ladder type. It was very dangerous with all the luggage. 5. There was no staff available till 8 AM for any kind of information or help. 6. There was no table lamps or Night lights in the room. Just 1 light. And after that, completely dark.

It was in the middle of the city centre. It was peaceful and had clean washrooms.

Horrible stay! Dont book this place, if u want to get some sleep. The cleaning staff cleaned other rooms with noise at 2-4 am... in the night. Even I talked to them to stop, they continued. No help of booking com customer helpline, refund just 2 eur. No reply of the place, nothing. Never more!!!

Location in the city center. But take other options in the city!!!

Lack of a fan made it difficult to sleep. We had to sleep with the window open, on a noisy street. Light in the kitchen didn't work. Tried to communicate and nobody was responsive.

The booking.com listing does not mention that you have to self-check in using a app. The app kept crashing on my phone and there were no staff on the premises to assist. None of the contact numbers provided worked. I and other guests waited at the hostel for 2 hours and then left to find other accommodation. I was still charged. If you would like to actually be able to stay in a hostel, choose a different one.

The room was advertised as having a washing machine available. It is not connected to power or water. When I went to ask the staff at the Lima pub downstairs they refused to let me use another machine. The self check in system is not working at all, the drawer my key was supposed to be in was fastened shut, and the other padlocks would not unlock. I tried to call and email the staff using the phone number and email but got no response. My door had been kicked down and the frame did not seem very secure. The best thing about this place was leaving.

Bed was OK, the facilities in the kitchen were good and the bathroom was clean. The location is good.

The shared kitchen was very poorly lit, it lacked cutlery and dishes. When I turned the microwave on it gave a blast of fire! Needless to say, we didn't use it again. The shared toilet/sink was very pokey.

The bedroom was a good size and it the room was centrally located to restaurants and the old town buildings.

you only have verbal contact with the bar staff and not the hostel staff, but it worked ok for me with the online checkin.

good location in the centre of town. it above a bar so with the window open at night it was a little noisy as the weather was good so people use the outside seating area. small kitchen area with microwave, hob and kettle, everything you need really.

Very good quality price value! I'm an Italian cycle tourer riding the Eurovelo 6 from France to Black Sea, and I found this hostel very nice! Single room with two beds, very quiet, clean, in the downtown of Gyor, at a fantastic price! I would give a 6 star if could. I stayed 2 nights for rest in this nice town, enjoying the sights and this room. I can't ask more for this price. Highly Recommended if you stay in Gyor!
