Czech RepublicEverything was ok, but there some details that could be improved. Personal didn´t speak english very well and the payment was possible only in cash (EUR, HUF). The hotel actually consist of two separate buildings 15 meters apart, breakfasts are served in the first one, so if you have rooms in the other one, you have to get dressed in the winter. If you have room oriented to the street, there is quite noise from the cars, the beds are quite hard. In the bathroom, there weren´t any shelf in the shower for the shower gel or shampoo. Althought there was electric kettle to prepare tea or coffee, there weren´t any coffee or tea in the room.
Room was nice and clean and looked like on the photos and with good sound insulation (there weren´t any noise from other rooms). Room for the breakfast was nice. Parking was in the courtyard but for the limited number of cars.

Czech RepublicThe only thing I would improve is the breakfast, there was no variation (we stayed for a couple of days and the breakfast stayed the same every single day) and I missed some nice bread in there and better selection from sweet things, maybe some fruit or peanut butter / honey,... and it would be nice to have a choice whether or not to get a sweet coffee (the coffe machine made all coffee sweet by default).
I liked the accommodation in general, Csilla (the owner) was really nice and she was very helpful during our arrival (we arrived quite late, after check-in hours) and arranged it in a way that we could get in our room, no matter the late hour. The hotel looks fairly new so everything is nice and unused. It is also very close to the spa. Overall, we were satisfied, the room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

HungarySome things were broken in the room like the toilet paper holder fell off on first touch. The hotel is located next to the main road of Sárvár, so it was quite noisy.. but we knew this when we booked the room.
The hotel's location is great, the city center and the thermal bath is walking distance. The hotel looks nice and stylish, also the breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In general, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Czech RepublicExpected a hotel, but it's really an apartment house (Pension), 3 days before arrival advised that credit cards are not accepted (apparently for technical reasons...), after arrival asked to pay cash in advance. TV in the room not working, "staff" promised to change next morning, it never happened...(the day after lady on breakfast said she will buy some tv's the following week...), 4 out 7 light bulbs not functional, soap and shower holder broken, and so on....

Czech Republicnot posible to use heating to increase little bit temperature in rooms. We were there In april. Colder weather outside due to colder temperature inside. With higher price level I expected little bit more comfort. Standart accomodation, nothing more extra.
