It's on the third floor, so you will have to walk quite a bit to get to the top of the stairs, but I doubt most buildings around this part of town have elevators. There was no AC, just a desk fan. The days I stayed weren't hot, so it was enough, but I can see how it can get hot during summer, as some other guests said.

The room was very comfortable and one of the cleanest I had in any price range. The bathroom was also very clean, and the kitchen was well organized and with plenty of "labels" to separate food and snacks from each room. The location is also incredible, close to the Opera, almost neighboring St Stephen's Basilica, and around many nice shops, restaurants, and cafés...

There were two disadvantages - the heating system in our room was working only during the night (after 22:00) and for that reason it was cold in the room during our stay having in mind that it was in January. And even during the night when the system was working it was kind of cold as well. The other drawback is that the room was not very soundproof and we could hear the people in the room clearly, that's why I recommend getting earplugs.

Overall our experience was great - the location was perfect, the room was clean and cozy. The instructions for the self check-in were very clear.

There was a slight smell of damp in the bathroom which did really fill up the room, but the bedroom smelt fine so it was okay for the few minutes spent in there!

Really warm, which was needed!! Bathroom was really clean and the kitchen was kept clean and tidy too. Beds were comfy and the location was amazing!!

Black mould growing on the window in the bathroom which isn't nice. Also cleanliness of the rooms is poor as the sink was dusty , bunch of little things behind the beds and for some reason some chewing gum hanging over the head of bed on the ceiling.

Allowed for an early check in so that we could drop off our bags and explore the city. Rooms decent size and come with a sink. Great price point for only a day. Based in a pretty traditional building.

- we had some trouble finding rhe place from the main street. - Setup is a bit strange, you go into a shared lobby space/kitchen and have some locked rooms from this space to walk in as your room. - Bathroom was a bit dirty -room was cold when we arrived and we felt asleep lume that but it got very hot overnight.

The bathroom is a bit small and shared with the other rooms but very clean, beds are a bit small (but I'm 2 m tall so probably my fault🤣) LOT OF STAIRS😅

I went there as a single traveller, I choose it basically because I wanted to spend 2 nights in a single room by my self (needed a pause from hostels😅). My room was huge ( 4 beds, enough space for a family with 2 kids)

In general, the hotel is quite comfortable. minus - there is no light at the entrance to the stairs, the first time it is difficult to find the stairs at all. -In my room, although the glass on the door was tinted, but still at night the neighbours were constantly walking and the light was turned on in the common room, this was annoying.
