Well, it was just an overnight stay on our trip to Austria, and we didn't expect really much. But for the money we paid, I feel it could've been a little better - it was only one room with space enough only for 4 beds, some shelves and nightstands, and a bathroom with the basics you'll need on the 1-night stay.

RomaniaThe staff only speaks in hungarian and it's really hard to communicate, they tried being friendly but the language barrier was a real challenge.
The rooms were clean, there was air conditioning. The bathroom is clean, but they don't give you shampoo, only a small soap, but you have fresh towels waiting for you and a mini fridge!

United KingdomThe location is very close to the city near the main road. There is a good public transport system if you have no car. Modern building , with good size rooms for family and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of TV channels for kids. The front house staff is amazing, very friendly and always available. (thank you Laszlo and Zoltan) The room was always very clean and spotless, Monika did an excellent, thorough job, thank you. The food from the restaurant taste amazing, good price for big portions. There is also a local shop just next door.

RomaniaThe staff doesn’t know English, only Hungarian. The bathroom was dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. I had to pay extra for the second child (it is written on booking) but because I payed at the property, I payed extra 10%. I will never book a stay that I have to pay at the property. I payed less right in the center of Budapest.

HungaryWhen I paid for the room, the operator tried to cheat me by saying that the price listed on the booking was wrong, namely I had to pay 37.366 HUF including tax, but the operator tried to charge me 38.000 HUF. Not recommended!

UkraineI was met by security guard who spoke only Hungarian, can’t explain anything in English, Spanish or other languages, can’t use google translate even. And who wanted to take and hold my passport. So I left without my passport in the midnight in foreign country. Luckily I managed to get my passport back.
I made a short-notice late night reservation. And accommodation was provided in time regardless of late check in. Barman at breakfast was very friendly.
