The staff responsible for cleaning the table in the breakfast room could have been a bit more attentive and thorough.

The hotel is a mere 10 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. There a plenty of restaurants and shops around. The suite on the 8th floor had a large living room and two bathrooms. The furnished terrasse was a plus. The reception personnel was very reactive and responsive to our needs. We loved the breakfast, as it offered a very large variety and the coffee was good. We booked early and took advantage of an unbeatable rate.

Everything was perfect. The one thing that comes to mind is maybe the lack of an indoor pool. However, you can always visit the thermal baths.

Best location to travel to different parts of the city on foot or by public transport. Different restaurants to choose from as soon as you exit the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a vast variety of food (including traditional dishes) to choose from, and everything was delicious. The 24hr check was great since we arrived around midnight. They also let us keep our luggage in their luggage room after we checked out so we could explore the city a bit more before leaving. They also message you via whatsapp to see if you need anything and they answer immediately. Very modern, clean, and well-equipped rooms.

Room a bit tight for 2 persons, only 1 support for bag, no slippers and bathrobe.

The hotel and the room where clean, great shower, and the air conditioning in the room worked well. good breakfast, comfortable and uncrowded seating. excellent staff members especially at night when I needed help. There is a free bottle of water in the room which is nice. good wifi and the hotel is very close to the akvarium club where i had a gig, 10 min on foot i was there. it contributed to my comfort.

In room it should be bathrobe and slippers for guests, since the hotel has saunas which you are getting to while going through whole hotel.

Difficult for taxi to stop when dropping us off and collecting as the street is quite narrow and busy. A bar would be nice to sit in the evening if you wanted

The hotel is incredibly well situated, the staff were all kind and helpful, the room was very clean, and the mattress comfortable. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the location is in the fancier part of the city, and the bus to arrive at the airport is not too far. Nearby is a great bagel place. While pricier, you will be guaranteed a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would recommend.
