A Perfect Stay in Ubud – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this boutique hotel in Ubud was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was the very best. Putu and Meets were especially outstanding—resourceful, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room itself was perfect—incredibly comfortable, and a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Despite being just steps away from the busy streets the hotel was wonderfully quiet, offering the best of both worlds. Breakfast was a highlight, delicious options to start the day right. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly memorable. Our only regret? We couldn’t extend our stay because the hotel was fully booked—a testament to how fantastic this place is! If you’re visiting Ubud, I highly recommend staying here.

The pool villa has been decorated tastefully, it feels like coming home. Everything present what you need, the pool was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and responded fast, and was on occasions pro active too. The location is excellent: in the heart of Ubud but still relatively quiet and very close to the rice fields

Although they offer herbal mosquito spray and take measures to keep population under control, a mosquito net would have made stay perfect.

Beautiful stay, close to central Ubud, but on a quiet street. Everything is clean and most comfortable bed. What really made the stay, though, was the graciousness of the staff, so kind and willing to help. Lovely people.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in a great central location. A haven of peace and quiet, lovely staff, clean comfortable rooms, nice big clean bathrooms. Lovely little pool for cooling down. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

Pool in villa doesn’t face direct sunlight so water can be a bit cold. Steep stairs from front of villa makes carrying luggage up a challenge. You can use the rear entrance by the road to avoid the stairs.

Our time at 11 on Kajeng was flawless, and I highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.

Staying at 11 on Kajeng was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed in the beautiful Botanical Suites, which offered a serene and luxurious environment that perfectly complemented the charm of Ubud. The attention to detail in both the design and service was outstanding, truly showcasing the hotel’s commitment to an authentic Balinese experience. The breakfast offerings were a highlight, with their yummy smoothie bowls leaving a lasting impression—I’m still craving them! The staff’s warm hospitality added to the overall experience, ensuring every moment felt special. To top it all off, I was surprised with a rose and a thoughtful card on Mother’s Day, making my stay even more memorable.

The position is excellent, with everything just a short walk, room, pool, and staff all above standard. All guests are treated with an attitude that nothing is too much and will do anything to improve your stay. Breakfast served in your room, just great, very hard to fault.

Fantastic venue with warm, welcoming staff. The rear entry is great for Uber pick up/drop off practicality, whilst the front entry (turn left as you exit 11 on Kajeng) pops you straight on to a walking/market street, so very easy pedestrian access to the heart of Ubud. Wandering Tip - Head to the right as you exit the property and you can find your way to peaceful rice terrace fields.

Only downside I can think of is the hot water comes out of the tap so hot.It could easily scald you.

Beautiful comfortable room with a stunning pool right outside the door.Very nice breakfast.Location is fantastic 5/10 minute walk to the centre of Ubud with all the hustle bustle,or the other direction to the peaceful stunning rice fields.But the best thing is the people who work here they are all so happy and accommodating.
