The host was so friendly and nice! Breakfast was included during our stay and it was delicious! The house and the pool are so beautiful! I accidentally left my swimwear at the place when I checked out and the host was happy to send it to the boat office. She was so kind

Construction site nearby was a bit disruptive.

Amazing location, wonderful host and fabulous location. The services were wonderful and could only recommend Kiri, she’s made sure we’re able to do anything we needed. Certain to come back soon! 🙏

The construction to both sides and front and back was very loud at times and went on for most of the day 8am-5/5:30pm which was a shame as we did pick the villa for peace but it was interrupted alot from the noise. I have ADHD so found the noise annoying when trying to relax or read. Constant banging/drilling/sawing which we understand isnt the fault of the owner but was a shame and also meant we couldnt lay in. Would have been nice to have had a sweetener for the noise. I also expected the hill not to be quite so steep as it wasnt possible to walk up at night - but this a minor point and only an issue with people with mobility issues etc. fairly easy to get a cab and if not Kiri will help :)

The actual villa grounds were super - so clean and pool etc was always clean and amazing. So many seating areas to pick from. The team - Kiri and co were lovely and so hospitable we enjoyed breakfast every morning cooked by them :) one of the best views of our Bali tours. Got to explore a more rustic side of Indonesia which was great!

Jacques Maudy - the person who is in charge of this group is one of the most unprofessional, argumentative, and generally horrible people I have dealt with through any kind of hospitality communication. He should not be in charge of such a lovely location as he is a serious discredit to the team. Everyone was exceptionally lovely except Jacques - he is vile.

We absolutely loved Kiri and the team - they were so welcoming, kind and helpful. They help with EVERYTHING and make staying there an absolute dream. Any issues, you can contact Kiri and the team :)

Everything about 353 Degrees is perfect! I read about the location not being the best in terms of getting to the main town centre but honestly, the views and the comfort of the place make up for it. Plus Kiri and team made everything so easy! best 5 nights of our year!

Could not fault anything, absolutely the best.

The privacy and tranquillity, being able to wake up to a beautiful view in the morning and then have a delicious breakfast prepared by the wonderful team. The Villa manager made booking activities and tours a breeze, no matter what we wanted to do she had it sorted down to the amazing packed towel and snack bag, we never got lost or didn’t know where we were going, people were ready to take us on the next step of the tour at every change over point. The tour guides and transfers chosen by the Villa manager were kind and eager to help. We were able to easily get a scooter hire through the Villa which was the perfect tool for exploring every inch of the Island and its surroundings.

What you see in pictures is what you get. Spick and span, very aesthetic in Every detail. Plenty of space for families or group of friends/couple.You have everything. Don’t need to leave the villa.Reminds me of so much of an Australian luxury beach house. One of the best place we have stayed.kiri and her team service is outstanding. Special mention to the massage lady.one of the best balinese massage we have had.

Would have preferred to be able to lock the villa when leaving, not just the exterior gate (personal preference, not because it felt unsafe in any way).

The manager (Kiri) helped us booking our ferry and transfers when we booked our "last minute" stay in 353 Villa. All our experience was absolutely amazing. Communication was great, they picked us up at the port, service by all the team was great also, the Villa was super confortable, very nice, clean, and by far better than the photos. They can not do justice to the Villa. I went just with my wife for 2 nights and felt like kings in this amazing Villa all to ourselves. Would totally recommend it for couples and larger groups as well. Thanks to Kiri and all the staff for making our stay amazing!

There is nothing not to like about this beautiful villa!

Our stay at the villa was just divine, the villa itself is absolutely beautiful and the views are out of this world. Loved the infinity pool and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff at the villa are so lovely and very helpful so a big thank you to Kiri, Kadek and Budi for taking such good care of us! We will be back :-)

Bit outdated property already, could use small face lift here and there. Airconditioning available in bedrooms only.
