What a wonderful experience we had. Ken and his family and the boys could not do enough for us. Breakfast each morning was amazing and always excatly at the time it was ordered. The room was spotless and was cleaned whenever we wanted it attention to detail was top notch. Ken picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off which was a super service. I can highly recommend the villa you will not be disappointed

The only thing to note is that the villa is a bit of a distance from the main street so you will need to get a taxi (super easy and affordable - around 10 AUD each way) or you can hire a scooter from the villa (super affordable as well)

Ken & Ari were so wonderful during our stay & made us feel so welcome and like part of the family. The villa itself is just unreal, so beautiful with stunning decor - I could quite happily stay forever! Ari was so attentive and nothing was too much. Truly such a magical stay - thanks team!

Ken was such a wonderful host, he was nothing but attentive, kind and respectful. His staff Ari and Jun were also very helpful. Our stay was nothing but perfect. It was secluded from the noise but everything was provided by the property. We stayed for 6 nights. Ken’s Mom, has gifted hands, from her excellent cooking to great massages. Very kind people.

I loved this villa, the photos don’t do this place justice. Ken was amazing - we got to the villa at 11pm and he was there waiting for us ! He was hospitable and readily available, I felt spoilt and looked after. His mum Neoman was amazing she cooked us breakfast looked after my needs and helped out with a lot things that I needed personally. The location is tucked away but it is still amazing only a short walk away from amenities.

Its a but difficult to reach the entrance of the whole place as theres construction near it, however it doesn't bother you when you are in the villa, so don't worry.

It was extremely clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. We stayed in Villa B, it was very private. There's quite a lot os mosquitos outside as it is located in between rice fields so make sure you always close the villa door to make sure bugs don't get in. We always had a very good sleep, the bed is extremely comfy and the interior is also beautiful. The floating breakfast was amazing in this private environment, so I really recommend to ask for it. I recommend the indonesian or the continental breakfast. To hire motorcycle is 150K per day and its a very good quality, big yellow motorcycle. There's also a huge fridge and drinking water dispenser in the kitchen which is amazingly useful. Overall I really recommend this place!

the staff were so friendly and accommodating it made our stay very pleasant. the villa was beautiful and very comfortable. location was very good and easy to get around. breakfast was great every morning. we enjoyed the American breakfast with banana pancakes. the pancakes were our favorite. we also made use of the laundry service which was very convenient.

Everything! Ken and his family were awesome hosts - they responded to every request/enquiry promptly and were super hospitable. For example - we asked if there was a pharmacy nearby to get cough syrup, and they went the extra mile to get it for us, free of charge. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and tailored to our time requests (there is american, continental and local breakfasts to choose from). Massage was great too, with very reasonable prices.

Absolutely stunning experience! I spent a week at this villa in Ubud, Bali, and it was truly a 10/10 stay. Ken, the host, was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. He's fair and trustworthy, ensuring our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The staff at the villa were equally wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. The breakfasts were superb, definitely a highlight of our mornings. Unfortunately, I fell ill during my stay (entirely my fault for going out when it was cold and catching a fever), but the care I received was exceptional. The staff bought medicine and took great care of me and my wife, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Ubud. The hospitality and care provided here are unmatched. 100% would recommend to everyone!

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The location is incredibly peaceful, providing a serene and tranquil environment. The accommodation is not only secure but also offers a high level of privacy, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. Ken and his family are amazing people who made us feel right at home. Still having dreams of Ken’s mom’s Indonesian breakfast! The property is a perfect mix of Balinese traditional style and modern contemporary. The pool is perfect for swimming or for lounging and the villa itself is super spacious and extremely well kept. There are too many things about my stay that I could praise but put simply, it was extremely memorable and special. Do not hesitate to book.

We loved it, if you want to go to the main part of ubud you do need to get a ride or rent a scooter from the villa.

We loved our stay here! June was amazing from the moment we arrived and Ken (manager) was available on WhatsApp from before we even arrived. The village was huge and beautiful, a little bit of luxury away from the hustle and bustle of ubud! Ken was more than happy to take us out exploring and arranged lots of excursions for us including quad bikes and climbing mount Batur! Breakfast was lovely and home cooked by Ken’s mum, would recommend the French toast! We felt extremely well looked after and like we were a part of the family, exceptional hosts!

We stayed here for 3 nights and really wish we could have stayed here longer. We could not have been treated any better by Ken, his mum and the staff at the villa. They really go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The breakfast provided was exceptional. We highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the Ubud area. We will be back if we get a chance in future.

I would prefer adding a mosquito net above the bed. There were several small insects inside. Some in bed as well, that was annoying. Couldn’t extend check out, very strict on timing.

Very nice and modern villa. I liked especially the floating breakfast that was offered to me due to network was down, breakfast was tasty! The villa is in a quiet and bit remote location. The host was active in communication through WA and helped finding out the right way to villa. Bed was comfortable, pillows were way too high for me.

Nothing, liked everything

We had such an amazing stay at this villa. It was the end of our trip and our last 3 nights in Bali. Very grateful we spent it here as we were so well looked after. The villa isn't in the centre of Ubud, which is why we chose it as tranquillity was key for us, but it's very quick and inexpensive by taxi or you can hire a scooter. We were not brave enough for scooters as Ubuds roads are too busy for us 😂 But there are many foreigners happily zipping around on scooters. Firstly the villa is exactly the same as the photos which was a great relief. Secondly the reviews about Kens mom's cooking couldn't be more accurate. The best breakfasts of our entire Bali Trip. Thirdly, you really must have 1 of her massages, it's incredible. In Bali I had 3 massages, and across the world I always have massages, they don't compare to hers. In fact both my husband and I had 2 massage sessions with her. Jun, that works here, is just the sweetest and so helpful. There is laundry services off site which he will arrange and again it's cheap. Ken also offers a wide selection of tours, but we'd already done the tourist bit and where just here to relax. When he collected us at the harbour I was very grateful for the water he brought for us, these little extra things mean a lot. Wonderful villa run by a wonderful family.

Everything about this place (staff, quality of furnishings, pool, daybed, breakfast) is bliss. I checked in and chilled out. Do yourself a favour and do the same.
