Comfortable stay. Nice staff. Low price. Excellent location, walking distance to Ubud Palace. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful plants and flowers. Nice pool. Rather quiet. Safe and secure. Easy check-in, but I don't like filling out paperwork when I booked online. What do they even do with the paper and the information? It seems totally unnecessary. I didn't like the smell of ammonia or something like that. I reported it, but they said nothing was wrong. This would be a great value if it didn't smell. It seems they could have done something, but they didn't seem to care. Breakfast was decent and served on time. A decent value (aside from the smell). It might not be in every room.

Very peaceful property with only 6 rooms that all face the pool. The pool is small but because there are only 6 rooms you will usually have it to yourself. Owner is lovely!! Great air conditioning, and nice vibes overall :)

This lovely family-owned hotel is very well-kept and taken care of. The owner, Wayan, does everything to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean, the mattress and pillows are comfortable. There is a small pool in the yard which is very clean and well-maintained. There is also breakfast included in the price which makes it quite convenient. Wayan offers an array of tours as well. I booked a sunrise trip to Batur and was very happy with the organization and the price. Can highly recommend the service. The hotel is located on a quiet street just 5 minutes away from the main street of Ubud which makes it perfect to walk or take a scooter anywhere you want.

The room was charming, though a bit small. With our luggage, it was a bit tricky to move around comfortably, but overall it was a cozy and pleasant space.

The host was welcoming, making sure we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff prepared a very thoughtful and delicious breakfast every morning (even take away) and were always happy to offer helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. The resort is well located, just a stone's throw from the city center, yet perfectly isolated from the hustle and bustle, providing a peaceful retreat. There is also a convenient taxi service to various nearby locations, which was a nice touch. We had a great time and would recommend this place.

Lovely property and lovely people attending to our needs, Wayan and his team are efficient, friendly and kind hearted. Beautiful Zen surroundings, close to the busy Main Street yet so peaceful and quiet. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was simple but good, loved the presentation of it! Highly recommend! Also recommend Gusman as your driver if needed, he’s a friend of Wayan.
