Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI looked specifically for a place with a bath but there was not enough hot water yo fill it. When my room was cleaned after a couple of days I was not given extra toilet roll or clean towels, in fact I started with 2 towels as it is a double room but one was taken away. They were constructing new rooms on the property, the noise was a bit annoying as I had purposefully come there for peace and quiet away from the city and construction noise I have at home. The owner did come and apologise about it etc. I just made sure I was out when it was happening and made the most of the place when it wasn’t 😅
The view is breathtakingly stunning! The room was big with a very comfortable bed and work space. The balcony was a beautiful place to sit and take in the view. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly and welcoming. The shared fridge/dining kitchen area was nice also, I worked from the table there too. A massage service that comes to the villa and you have it on the roof in the open air which was lovely.

Indonesia- The tiny access from the parking to the hotel in the ricefield is not lit at night - No plugs near the bed - The place is a bit old (some leaking from the roof, 2nd floor)
- Parking for cars - Accommodation In the middle of the ricefield - Beautiful, well-cared garden and clean swimming pool with a view over the ricefield - Warm and helpful staff (they notified me as soon as we left because I forgot my phone) - Calm and peaceful (they were doing some construction but it didn't even bother us) - Living room areas on each side with comfy sofa and table+chair, perfect from breakfast or chilling at night

PolandKeep in mind, that you need to go 100 meters from the street to the building by your foot on the path between rice fields. Also it is not easy to describe for grab food, how to deliver your order, so we had to go to the street to pickup our orders.
Great stay located in the middle of rice fields. Good breakfast, helpful staff, big and bright rooms. There is no noise, because the street in 100 meters from the building. We loved that it was located in very calm area.

AustraliaYou can’t get in there by car, only by foot or scooter, you have to stop before and walk around 8 minutes through a very narrow road. So be aware if you have a lot of luggage with you! Just a few ideas to make it better: The breakfast could be nicer, with a couple slices of toast and not just the options of egg. Having a small fridge in the room would be nice. The toilet could have a better set up, it is big with a bath tub, but when you stand on it keeps moving and the water goes everywhere on the floor with nowhere to go. Some towels on the floor available would be nice too. The room doors could have a proper locker instead of a padlock, which is a bit annoying to put in and out! Bed side tables and plugs on both sides of the bed would be nice too, instead of only one side!
Very nice and quiet area, away from the centre! Easy to get anywhere with a scooter! Nice pool and it’s surrounded by rice fields. Spacious room! The staff is very nice and friendly, they also rent scooters there and you can book a massage!

United KingdomNothing that was not addressed.
Great staff, large clean room. Great breakfast. Dewa the owner even brought my pizza as I only had my card and no cash. Thanks :-) I was really lucky to see how the rice was harvest as the property was surrounded by rice fields. There are 8 rooms at the property but it didn't feel crowded. I had a ground floor room with doors that opened onto a patio and the pool view. There was also a small kitchen area so you can make tea/coffee or cook a meal and also a dining and seating area. On the 3rd floor was a 360 degree view of the surrounding area. It is about 15 minutes to the town by car/motor bike, so you have the best of both worlds. I would definitely stay again if I was in Bali.

NetherlandsWe were specifically looking for a place to relax with a good working bathtub. Sadly this was not possible thanks to the dirty bathtub. There was black mold in the tub and the warm water only lasted for a few minutes. The problem of warm water is maybe ongoing in other places as well, but the mold is location specific. We have tried to clean the bathtub but it didn't get any cleaner; it's too old and it has to be removed & replaced with a new one. Therefore, we didn't communicate this to the staff during our stay because buying and replacing a new one is not an easy thing to do.
Friendly staff, very good breakfast and the location was also very peaceful: it's literally surrounded by rice fields. You have to walk or ride with the bike for a few minutes on a small path. The swimming pool was clean and every floor contained a shared kitchen room with lots of facilities. Free water refill option is also available. We had comfy beds and a big room. Bike rental is possible at the location with good quality.

Had an amazing time at Adhidrawa. The owner Dewa and his staff Wayan, Ayu and Dewa were just simply fantastic 👌 so welcoming, helpful and super friendly 😀 the location was serene and just peaceful. We stayed for 16 nights and would always come back to enjoy the amazing surroundings of rice fields but the closeness to Ubud. Just loved the place ❤️

BelgiumWhen we arrived, the floor was quite dirty. The owner told us it will be cleaned the next day, but that didn’t happen because we didn’t give the key to the staff (we were not told this would be necessary). Only on day 3 the floor was finally clean. The room had a very nice bathtub, but there was not enough hot water to fill it. The owner wanted to sell tours and transfers to us, but we were not really interested. He did keep pushing and kept telling us his price was the best, which made us from time to time uncomfortable. We had an uneasy feeling with the owner a few times: he only accepted cash (which is a big amount for a 4-night stay), he didn’t give enough change unless we pointed it out and one day he told us he would get us a special balinese cake for breakfast but then he didn’t. We sometimes had the feeling that we couldn’t really trust him.
Nice, spacious room in a beautiful environment surrounding rice fields. It was the ideal location for us because it was close to Ubud, but still far away from all the noise and crowds. The staff was very kind and helped us with all our needs. They even helped us to get our laundry done for a very good price. There are only a few rooms, so you mostly have the nice swimming pool all to yourself.

SpainOur bathroom had bad smell from the pipes. We were in the downstairs room with views to the forest but we only had views to a ground wall with nice plants and little water line to water the rice fields. Even the place is quiet we could listen the steps of the upstairs rooms and also the downstairs people conversations. The acces to the hotel is difficult, you'll need a motorbike to move around.
Beautiful and peaceful place to relax. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom are super big. Comfortable bed and clean sheets and towels. They get into the room to clean it every 2 days. You can relax even being 20 min close to the city center. The breakfast is available anytime you want. It's good and complete but everyday the same.

PhilippinesSecurity, no CCTV and lights. Didn’t feel safe staying. One night, when my girlfriend was changing, I went outside and saw someone near our window which is kind of suspicious. Location, far from everything. Hard to book gojek, roads are pretty steep. Not recommended if you have lots of baggages, far from main road. You’ll need to walk a narrow path going to the property. Cleanliness, the room smells old and dirty. Curtains, towels, linens and pillows are dusty and had yellow/ black stains. Felt itchy and uncomfortable during my stay. Breakfast is okay but not great. You wouldn’t want to have it everyday. Consumed only 2 out of 4 breakfast.
The view is great, property is in the middle of a rice field.

IrelandBooked to stay here for one week and left after 1hour the place was really dirty, the bath was all mold and there was lumps of dirt on the floor The woman working there was very nice and told me to contact them for a refund as I had to book to stay somewhere else but the accounts were not helpful and didn’t give me any of my money back, just really disappointing as the place isn’t up to standard

PortugalI have to say that there were a couple of things that didn't do the job for me. First thing is that the property is having works on the side so be prepared to have a noisy day. Once you come in you have no idea who works there and where to find the people you need if you need any assistance, they should create a better area or even a reception, otherwise is hard to get help. Breakfast lacked a better explanation of what's included and needs more variety. The shower pressure is not good at all and when having a shower get ready for the entire bathroom to get filled with water as there's no protection on the bathtub. Last but not least, the rooms need more cleaning and if you go to the pool that pool beds pillows need a LOT of cleaning.
The best thing about this place is the location, as it's not in central Ubud.

MaltaThe staff didn't speak english well, it was very hard to communicate. The location is in the middle of rice fields therefore its not easily accessible and if the staff didnt help with the some of the luggages it would have been a problem carrying everything. There was severe smell in the bathroom like acid and it was just constant, had to keep the door closed as I thought it would be damaging to my lungs, I didnt notify the staff because of the communication issues. The floor was quite dirty, I stayed barefoot when I arrived and my feet were black from the dirt. The room was not cleaned once for the duration of my stay. The card machine was not working and the staff kept insisting that I pay in cash which I couldn't. Once the machine was working they told me I needed to pay 3% charge for using the machine even though the booking confirmation said includes taxes and charges. I stayed at 10 other accommodations (stayed in Bali 5 weeks) and none said this it was always the price at booking.com. Honestly not good value for money. This was my last stay and I regret ending my trip with this accommodation.
Its very quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature.
