If staying for over two days, the menu became repetitive. Check out was a bit confusing.

I was there for my birthday, and the team were really lovely in bringing me a cake and singing happy birthday. All staff were fantastic, special shout out to Ayu :)

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 15-minute bike ride from Ubud center. The staff were truly amazing—always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the cleanliness was impeccable. They even checked daily if a second cleaning was needed. Everyone was always smiling, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel itself exceeded expectations, looking even better than the pictures online. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Everything was so nice. We had a beautiful room at ground level. It was clean, spacious and beautiful decorated. The personnel was very friendly.They even come to check if you need anything more or if your room has to be cleaned a second time a day.

The parking slot is very limited. Road around Ubud very narrow. Slippery bath room, must be careful.

Breakfast free with many options of menus. Easy access, but the road is narrow. Mus be careful if you bring your own car. Free parking but very limited. Free wi-fi with high speed internet. They have restaurant for lunch and dinner.

- No gym. - We had dinner one night at the restaurant. Don’t ask for the ribs, it was all bone & fat, it was literally 6 spoons of meat.

- The room was top notch. Spacy, with water and snacks being refilled every day. - Very comfortable shuttles to the city center. - Excellent breakfast. It’s a la carte, with options rotating every other day, and quality was exceptional like going to a brunch place. There was one day when our tour arrived 30 minutes earlier and they prepared ours to go. - Staff was very very nice.

It was such a peaceful clean environment and the service was next level. Ari , Awan ,Purnama and Tri we’re great staff members and we ended up doing a little workshop on making an offering and learning about the culture. It was brilliant.

The bathtub is in the main bedroom separated by a curtain and the bathroom stall and shower are separated from the room by frosted glass, so less privacy if you are traveling with someone that isn't a partner.

Beautiful resort in a quiet area of Ubud a bit away from the craziness of the town but near the rice terraces. The rooms are very nice, beds super comfortable, breakfast delicious and huge (but takes a while as it's ala carte and they prepare from scratch) and grounds are beautiful. Most of all the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Special shout out to Ari who took great care of us.

I have had a problem with my food, however, the unfortunate situation was very well handled by the hotel staff, I really could see that they cared about the issue. Another little issue that I have was regarding the yoga classes, I mentioned during the check in that I wanted to join the yoga classes however it was not clear that to join I would also need to book through WhatsApp. Very bad that I woke up early and there were no yoga. The hotel should improve the communication.

EVERYTHING! I felt immersed in the nature, one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. The staff is amazing, the shuttle to the city is a nice addition. They bring you food to the pool and room service is amazing.

Beautiful room. Very spacious and since it was off-season, we got a good deal for it. They cleaned twice a day (you can opt out when not needed). Set breakfast options are decent. Restaurant has a view of rice fields across, so it was refreshing. Pool had jungle feel so it was cool. Shuttle was available to central ubud although we never availed. Location-wise, if you hired a driver it’s conveniently accessible to rice terraces, waterfalls, central ubud.

The room was huge, very clean, they offered free snacks(pringles and yava), 2 cans of cola and 4 bottles of water daily. Cleaning 2 times a day. Amazing breakfast with a lot of choices. Very friendly staff
