Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.

United KingdomThere’s space for a connect2 row machine in the gym which would be the only thing I would suggest to add
An absolutely amazing 4 nights at Adiwana Suweta. We stayed in a villa with private pool and had the absolute best time. The staff here are next level and are so attentive, friendly and really did their best to make sure we had a lovely stay. The room was incredible and clean, with twice daily visits from staff. We had our own whatsapp butler service which was attentive and so helpful for small things like organising the shuttle for example The location is incredible as only 5min drive to Ubud and also only 15min to Tegallalang rice terraces We also did a spa ”couples in romance” package which was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had and such a lovely experience together! The breakfast was great and served a la carte either in the restaurant, pool or the room!

South KoreaNot that I don’t like it, but I haven’t seen any kids during our stay.
From the moment of reservation to the very departure to the airport we all were surrounded with sincere care and support! Every personnel here had their first priority to make our stay the best of the best in all possible ways, and the same time giving us enough privacy. The hotel itself exceeded all our expectations!~ Room interior, garden, infinity pool, signature balinese spa, roof top bar with complementary afternoon drinks… And we could use all these facilities except for the room even after checking-out. Tablespoon restaurant offers a variety of well-being oriented menu, and there was a live music at dinner time. Ah, thank you for a nice decoration of our room for the occasion of my mom’s 80th birthday! Very touching and memorable gesture that my mom highly appreciated!~ She actually placed this hotel the best among all other more expensive high brand hotels we stayed in Nusa Dua in Bali, LA, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Seoul, etc.

PolandOne aspect of our stay that didn’t quite meet expectations was the Wednesday Barbecue Dinner. While the idea of a special dining experience sounded great, in reality, there were only two couples attending, including us, and the performance lasted just a few minutes. Given the price, we feel that the experience wasn’t worth it, and that money would be better spent on a regular meal at the hotel restaurant, where the food is consistently excellent.
From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the serene beauty of this boutique retreat. The design of the resort masterfully blends modern luxury with traditional Balinese aesthetics, creating a tranquil oasis that feels both intimate and refined. Our villa was an absolute dream - thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and offering great pool and stunning views that made every day feel magical. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the floating breakfast in our villa—an unforgettable experience. The presentation was stunning, the food was delicious and freshly prepared, and enjoying it while surrounded by the peaceful ambiance of our private pool was simply perfect. It was a true taste of paradise and an experience we will cherish forever. Another incredible part of our stay was the spa experience. The Adiwana Spa is a sanctuary of relaxation, and we highly recommend indulging in their treatments. The Signature Massage was pure bliss, melting away all tension and leaving completely rejuvenated. For couples, the Couple of Romance massage is a must—an intimate and deeply soothing experience that allows you to unwind together in the most serene setting. The therapists are highly skilled, the ambiance is tranquil, and every detail is designed to provide ultimate relaxation. The service at Adiwana Suweta was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, from assisting with luggage to arranging transportation and offering thoughtful recommendations. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel genuinely cared for. The entire ambiance of Adiwana Suweta is one of relaxation and indulgence. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, unwinding with a spa treatment, or savoring the delicious meals, every moment feels like a retreat into tranquility. Adiwana Suweta has set a new benchmark for luxury and hospitality in Bali. It’s a place that doesn’t just offer a beautiful stay but creates unforgettable memories.

Our 1st impression was amazing. Very welcoming staff , specially Gusti who was like our personal concierge. She gave us a tour of the resort, accompanied us to the room, explained all the amenities etc. The resort itself is amazing, well designed very modern however still kept the traditional Balinese touch. The restaurant was great with a very versatile menu and the food was super delicious. The bar & the pool area were very pieceful clean & calming. There is a shuttle transportation to Ubud center almost every 2h. Few steps away there is a Market & other restaurants. The whole experience was amazing. The resort looks exactly the same as in the photos. Well done Adiwana Suweta team...

AustraliaI had a few minor issues during my stay, such as the need for mosquito repellents in the room. However, the friendly staff, including the manager, Putra, addressed these concerns immediately. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they took action and how seriously they valued our feedback. They made sure our stay was a positive experience. Thank you so much!
Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 5–8 minutes away from Ubud's center by car or shuttle. This distance offers a peaceful retreat from the busy central area while still being easily accessible. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service, which was a nice touch. Additionally, there are several restaurants nearby, and a convenience store is situated right in front of the hotel. Food: Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a choice between Western and Indonesian dishes, along with coffee and juice. The food was delicious and made mornings enjoyable. Facilities: The swimming pool overlooking the jungle was a standout feature, creating a secluded and relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Although I didn’t get the chance to experience the spa, it looked promising—make sure to book in advance! Another highlight was the daily Balinese gamelan music performance in the afternoon, which added a beautiful cultural touch to the stay. Hotel Room: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable experience. Its as seen in photos! Staff: The staff, including the manager, Putra, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They addressed any concerns promptly and ensured they were resolved. Communication was seamless, with the team easily reachable via WhatsApp. Hotel itself: beautiful 5 star hotel! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and I myself will be back!

AustraliaShuttle times could be better - like if there was a 5pm and 6pm it would make more sense for people wanting to make it to Ubud for a dinner reservation. It meant we only used shuttle one time. No fault of the hotel but walking in the area is so dangerous due to no footpaths and narrow roads. It’s the same in the entire region so nothing can be done, but good to know, don’t expect you can walk to somewhere 8 mins away without taking a big risk, especially at night - take head torches.
Friendly and accomodating staff, beautiful gardens and grounds, comfortable beds. I love how easy it is to communicate during the stay using Whats app - always an immediate reply. Lovely pool area and even the balcony provides a gorgeous view. Lots of inclusions - breakfast, free afternoon tea, discounts on spa treatments and even a free stocked mini bar! The on site spa also was exceptional - get the Balinese massage. This is a good place to be when seeking a quiet place outside busy centre. But it’s still accessible - free shuttle and easy to get grab rides to town anyway. Handy convenience store across road and several nearby warungs and restaurants mean you can have variety in meal options.

GreeceConsider purchasing an express trolley designed for carrying luggage on stairs. The numerous steps make it challenging for the staff to transport items, and this would significantly ease their workload while improving efficiency.
A True Gem of Hospitality: A Perfect Stay During my recent stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of service and attention to detail. The staff is highly professional, remarkably polite, and consistently attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was flawless. The culinary experience was extraordinary, with perfect coffee, delicious food, and exceptional ramen that exceeded all expectations. The natural surroundings are breathtaking, providing a serene and refreshing atmosphere, complemented by outstanding architecture that blends seamlessly with the environment. The rooms were impeccable, with incredibly comfortable pillows and a stunning bathroom that added a luxurious touch. The hotel is meticulously clean and maintains a quiet ambiance, making it a haven for relaxation and pampering. The staff were also wonderful with children, showing great care and patience, which added a family-friendly dimension to our stay. A standout aspect of my experience was the exceptional management. The manager, Mayun, demonstrated exemplary skills in hospitality and communication. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction are unparalleled. If I were his employer, I would undoubtedly double his salary, as his talent in sales and customer care is a significant asset to the hotel. This hotel is truly one of the best I have ever visited worldwide. It delivers world-class experiences at a reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in a beautiful and well-managed establishment.

I’d like to thank all the staff members who we were lucky to meet at the hotel. Thanks to these people our stay in Adiwana Suweta was seamless and worth to remember forever! The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Located in Ubud the atmosphere takes you in the jungles of Bali with maximum comfort and relaxation. Small but very green territory gives you the feeling of being surrounded by the gardens of paradise. The middle size swimming pool with well designed wooden bar force you to find yourself at celebrity’s private estate. The breakfast in Tablespoon restaurant is very delicious with choice of dishes. And the most pleasant and unexpected feature of the breakfast is that you can have it once a day any time you wish! Strongly recommend this place of accommodation in Bali!

AustraliaOur room was quite damp and the curtains were mouldy. The restaurant was hit and miss with food. Little things (like coffee being served every day without a teaspoon or sugar, towels being replaced with the wrong type, only two small bottles of water per day in the room) could be improved to create a more five star experience.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - special shout out to Gusti for taking great care of us. The resort is elegant with various areas outside the room to enjoy. We loved the daily rooftop afternoon tea, such a nice touch. Great communication via WhatsApp throughout the stay.

AustraliaWe loved everything about the place and no complaints. We have a few suggestions if possible : Add a play area for kids like some slides and swing if possible , and some citronella torches in the outdoor areas to help with mosquitoes.
Had a wonderful experience at Adiwana suweta , Dwina from reception was amazing, and so was all the staff and special mention to Tina as well , They made our stay so pleasant and relaxing. The room is beautiful, and the pool is amazing as well. The breakfast allows you to have a good start and it's has good options you can choose from both balanese and continental. There is a koi pond you can feed the fish , my 5 year old loved it . They provide towels at the poolside, and they have cocktails right next to the pool . The room comes with complimentary mineral water, and if you book with booking.com, you can get the bar fridge stocked every day. There is a free shuttle to ubud Central, we used this quite a bit to get in and out and was very easy to book and access using whatsapp. Overall the facilities are excellent.

South AfricaThe one small thing which wasn’t a major issue is the no of steps down to the villas which are situated at the bottom of the resort.
We had 2 villas and they were spacious with private pools(one was heated) which were perfect for our family. The setting was tropical and very private. The restaurant was excellent and their menu is special. They have a well equipped gym which is well maintained and has enough equipment to cater to any training type. They have a dedicated team who manage the villas and they are accessible 24/7. Gusti and Jodi were our appointed caretakers and nothing was ever too much for them to arrange.
