Beautiful hotel just 4 mins walk straight up from the port and takes you right in the middle of a street with cute cafes and restaurants (shoutout to new one - Alily, very scandi vibe!) Felt like the hotel was well designed, we had 2 rooms on the ground floor with “pool access” but it wasn’t quite a pool access as we had to walk through some mud to get to the decking. Rooms were clean, well furnished with mini fridge, good bathroom and excellent shower pressure. I would advise providing hand soap in the bathrooms to the hotel, but maybe guests can make do with hand sanitiser. AC worked well, bed was soft and pillows were dreamy; lots of mood lighting options and large tv to use. WiFi was also good and so strong that if we went to neighbouring shops we wouldn’t have to join their wifi! Staff was excellent, Mahen did a great job looking after us and the team did tally well arranging a tour of the east and west of Nusa penida, and even lifts to Mambo beach club.

The staff is very less. Have to pick my own suitcases to the 1st floor where my room was. Not many food options, for vegetarians specially, however they did make a sandwich for me.

The location was near harbour so that's the perk and taxi's, scooter, atm, stores, indian vegetarian resturant everything is just next to the hotel. Cute boutique hotel. The rooms are small but are well maintained and with nice interiors.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Breakfast not the best. Also, after check out, they made us wait couple of minutes until another staff confirmed everything was OK with the room which made us feel a bit uncomfortable or weird?😅Did not happen something like this before..

Close to the harbour. We came only for 1 night so for us was perfect the location a few metres away from the port. You can rent the motorbike with them so we did it at check-in which was good.

The overall property was neat and clean. Management was also co-operative. We had requested for early check in and they were able to do so.

The staff at the front-desk were somewhat aloof. They asked me the same questions 3 times, as if they couldn’t understand the words, Yes, and no! When I phoned them later on to get their recommendations on good restaurants that were near the hotel. They seemed perplexed about that question as well. Staff not friendly or knowledgeable. One of the guy's was on his cell phone, and acted like I was disturbing him while he was at work. SMH

I liked that the property was very close to the harbor where I could easily catch the ferry back to Sanur.

The hotel was comfy and very well located. Easy access from the port and to go anywhere in Nusa Penida. The staff was helpful to book the boats and other arrangements were made well as well.

I very much liked the property and proximity to the harbour and variety of restaurants. It did mean you could hear the music being played at the restaurant next door - I actually enjoyed the free entertainment but maybe that’s not for everyone.

I enjoyed the direct access to the pool with nice balconyand outlook-the facilities were very good especially the double glazing which meant the room temperature was constant and I didn’t require the aircon. Staff were friendly, Room had everything you need.

Due to there are few restaurants opposite/beside the hotel, the restaurants host live band/music at night until 10pm or 11pm. However, we have already noticed that from previous reviews. And it's uncontrollable by hotel operator. Hence, it is not a big deal to us.

Hotel is near to Penida Jetty, walking distance around 500m. There are many restaurants and convenient stores beside hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

At our arrival, the staff at the réception had a very basic English, very hard to communicate. The following day was better with the manager.
