I genuinely cannot think of anything that I didn't like. The staff were always happy to help and also this being my first solo adventure available for a chat and recommendations for food, the beach etc.

The staff, the room, the breakfast 🤤❤️. What a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel/ homestay.

Everything was really fabulous, from the cheerful and helpful staff, to the room, the facilities, the breakfasts, location was so handy for the beach. We were very happy with our stay! Room kept immaculately clean, complimentary water and the chilled water dispenser kept us well hydrated too. The main road could be a little noisy but that is par for the course frankly and we live somewhere very quiet usually - it didn't stop us from sleeping and the location was worth it!

We loved our stay here! The staff were amazing, friendly and very accomdating. The rooms are a good size and the pool is lovely. The location is excellent. Even though your right in the middle of town once your in the hotel it is very quiet.

Outside air con unit was rather loud sometimes.

My room was bright and airy. Fresh towels everyday, lined also changed during my stay. I loved the outdoor lounge upstairs, the plants and gardens in the area were beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful light airy building and room, comfy bed, prestine bathroom and soft fluffy towels. Best coffee for months of Asia was had at Cafe Akaya and delicious salad bowls. Heaven!!!

Rooms were smaller than they looked in photos on the website. Situated behind a scuba diving shop on quite a busy road.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful pool area with nice sunbeds, umbrellas and plenty of pool towels. Excellent breakfast included with on site cafe offering lovely food all day. Nice upstairs seating area to sit and relax, read a book or dine with free drinking water provided. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay rally nice.

The fact you had to share the pool with people learning to scuba dive. The bathrooms had little to no storage for toiletries. I had a smart TV in my room but some of my friends did not. Small pool area so once the scuba divers were there you could easily miss out of a sunbed however the beach is only a short stroll away.

I liked the location and the aesthetics of the hotel (small and not a big resort). I liked the open space with the tables and chairs on the top floor where you could gather with the people you travel with or relax out of the sun. I liked you could grab fresh water (including hot). I liked the breakfast and food at the cafe out front. It was good value for money. The pool was also well located so it got the sun (not shaded). No trouble and felt safe.

The room was clean and bright, modern but with a Bali with everything I needed for my break. The pool was at my doorstep and the staff were very friendly. The location is great. The lane to walk down to the beach is across the road and there are lots of good restaurants near by. While I didn't get the breakfast included in my package, I chose to eat at the Akaya Cafe for breakfast each day. It had excellent healthy choices. I would recommend this as a nice place to stay,

The bed was a little too firm but not bad either. The TV was a little monotonous, would have been good if they had Netflix.

The pool was lovely the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. Nicel decor.Big fluffy towels changed every day. Pillows were nice.
