Alsari Resort is pure serenity. Tucked away in the jungle, it felt like a peaceful escape from everything. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the service was top-notch—every little detail was taken care of. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and just enjoy the moment. While the breakfast was good, we thought lunch and dinner options could be better.

A cosy and beautiful place. We usually find hotels and resorts don't live up to the pictures you see on their website - but it was not the case for Aksari! The views of and from the property are amazing - makes you feel you are nestled in a jungle. It is a bit away from the main shopping and eating areas so not the place if you want that proximity - but for us it worked perfectly. We would specially like to acknowledge the extremely helpful and professional staff who were ready to go the extra mile. Ayu Diah was there for us from check in till check out - ready to help with any big or small request. We loved attending the daily yoga classes at the majestic open air yoga space which exudes tranquility. Putu is a great yoga teacher and gave personal attention and kept it fun yet challenging. Ida and Lina were our masseuses - they were thoroughly professional and friendly and we felt thoroughly rejuvenated after our massages.

It was like a paradise!! Food was amazing, staff were amazing, love this place... Ms. Ayu was our perosnal assistance and she is making sure everything was great. Made is our driver and he is really help us to see all of the place he was so kind and polite.

A little far from Ubud centre, but for the forest views you get you can’t complain.

I recently stayed at this hotel around my birthday and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself was lovely, and the breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. The service was great too—every staff member was attentive and kind and really went the extra mile to help with anything! There is also a lot of extras included in your booking, free 15 minute massage, free afternoon tea, yoga etc! Treat yourself to a Balinese massage it’s absolutely worth it! Incredible experience. Special thanks to the staff, in particular Ayu who helped us navigate the best spots around the area.

The style and architecture of the place was amazing , and the food was very good The staff were beyond excellent , specially the reaction and drivers , Wayan and Ayu as well as Sandika were very sweet and helpful and any matter , The room was clean and the pool was very nice , specially in raining days, spa was on another level, they were very good 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely nothing. The resort was perfect

Apart from being a luxurious resort. The staff was exceptional. Ayu took such good care of us. When we fell sick, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Ayu would get us ginger tea and everything we wanted . They made our stay super memorable.
