I was thoroughly impressed with the incredible hospitality. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, the entire staff was attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The level of service provided was outstanding, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met, whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply making sure I had everything I needed. Our stay at the Aksari Resort was amazing. The amenities, food and especially the staff made our stay unforgettable! Erika and Ayu Diah were one of the best staff members we have ever experienced and really made sure that everything was at the highest standard. The room had a few issues with the safe and the shower, but the staff responded quickly so all good

The villas, the spa, the view, the rooms the total atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff was very helpful. Erica from the guest relations was very good. Our hostess at kojin restaurant septiari and the masseuse Yuliana were exceptional.

It’s very far from the city but if you want to chill all day at the resort it won’t be a problem. Also the restaurant and facilities were expensive. The food was good but not special for that price :(

Beautiful location, exceptional service and staff, delicious food, comfortable bed!! Loved the setting of the villa, perfect for special occasions. Staff decorated the bed with happy birthday written on it and provided a slice of chocolate cake!! 😊😊 Ayu and Erika were very friendly staff, thanks to Ayu for recording our dance video at the resort 😊

Not enough food options limited to two restaurants

It is a bit pricy especially the restaurants. The cost of a dinner is similar to the one that you can get in Budapest (in the EU). Though one of the charms of the hotel is its remotness, it can be a bit troublesome to get around if you do not hire a car/taxi service or a scooter.

It is ***** hotel in the jungle with different kind of ifinity pools and two types of restaurants. The lodging is superb. Everyday joga classes with Putu are awsome. The joga classe's niveau is increased even further by the incredibel vista from the roof top where the class is held. The staff is very kind and helpful. They organise everthing you ask for. The rooms are spacious and secluded. The hotel radiates tranquility.

Prices of the food and spa are honestly not affordable and in fact quite steep (from a Singaporean perspective). Furthermore everything is subject to 21% (service + tax fees). Traditional Balinese performance though a nice touch but turned out to be an uncomfortable experience for us as it felt like we are in a trance when watching the performance (and felt quite off spiritually). Pillows weren’t great as well.. very flat. Housekeeping for some reason weren’t done well - our clothes were not folded and kept properly. Not a huge pain point for us so that’s ok.

Absolutely amazing resort and hospitality - certainly worth a visit at least once! Shout out to Krishna, Erika, Putu, Pande and the remaining staff who made sure resort guests have a pleasant stay. Daily morning yoga sessions with Putu, cocktail class by Pande, Krishna and Erika who welcomed us so so warmly and constantly checking in on us to see if there’s anything else they could assist us with! Spa in the jungle is brilliant - what a dreamy experience.

Its very far from Ubud. It took us 45 minutes on the road to reach the center. The pool was very cold ❄️.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The food were so good. There was so many options on the menu. The view from our room balcony was breathtaking.
