Everything was great.

The beautiful setting along a river, overlooking rice fields. Large rooms and spacious bathrooms with outdoor shower. Traditional Balinese decor all round and impeccable gardens, lotus ponds etc. Excellent complentary shuttle car service into Ubud. It was great that our group could order in dinner on the evg of our arrival - convenient and delicious! Breakfast options are varied and all of high quality. Some rooms have large outdoor terraces - great for lounging. Lovely helpful staff. This was our 4th stay here - and I hope to return again.

Wow what a gem! Really loved the area - it is very, very quiet, green, a lot of beautiful cafes, but still very close to the city centre. The hotel staff is so friendly and attentive! Ready to help with anything.

The staff were very helpful and lovely polite people. The size of the room and bed were amazing g and bathroom is huge and luxurious with an outdoor terrace overlooking the rice field with a small stream flowing below your residence were exquisite.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were four people with three spacious, spotless rooms. As a group we especially loved the size of the balcony which offered a table big enough to host a feast and a sofa to relax. The location is also amazing. It's slightly outside of the busy city center but still close enough to reach it within 10-15 minutes bike ride. Trust us, you want to be here - you have the nature views but you're still super close to everything. An added bonus was the hotel’s shuttle service - they bring you to places and also pick you up in the Ubud area. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

That said, being in the tropics, encountering some insects is inevitable. Additionally, the hotel’s facilities could benefit from some updates.

Great privacy, with a fantastic large balcony overlooking Ubud’s rice fields and forests. Enjoying breakfast there was an amazing experience. The breakfast itself was excellent. The staff were professional and friendly, and they even provided an extra bed for our child at no additional cost. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Parts of the property are looking worn/shabby (eg outdoor blinds, roofs, linen). Our first stay it was very peaceful and relaxing. This stay (our second) had large families with loud children who took over the pool area (sometimes unsupervised) and parts of the property.

The weather, although that is no fault of the the property - it was rainy season.

The accommodation is beautiful although the views could be a little better. The staff were very accommodating regarding breakfast. Some days we asked for it much later in the day ie 6pm and that was fine with them. Also, we had the pool all to ourselves the 3 times we used it which was lovely.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. They were very friendly, helpful, and made our stay a great experience. The hotel is really a small group of buildings that are your suites. The property grounds are beautiful and our suite was filled with amazing woodwork and local art! It's a short walk to the Sacred Monkey Forest and local restaurants.

Nothing not to like. This place is paradise.

One of our best hotel stays ever. So peaceful, in lush, natural idyllic surroundings, yet close enough to Ubud Centre. The staff are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from Ubud centre pick-ups to all-day coffee and breakfast on our terrace. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The property is a classic Balinese hotel with lovely gardens and pool, traditional decorations, delicious breakfast -- everything was great. So much so, we are going again in a couple of weeks!

The bathroom is open to the outside without any screens. There were mosquitos in the bathroom. Also, the lighting in the bedroom could be better.

It is beautifully landscaped. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great. The breakfast was great. The staff are wonderful.
