We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Although being far away from Ubud this hotel is located right in the middle of the forest, and that’s interesting on one hand. we managed to have monkeys in the morning near the swimming pool. also some beautiful rice fields near by. the staff is really helpful the price was really good, but…

AustraliaThe place seems to have definitely slipped since the pictures were taken. It could do with an overhaul and upgrade to the facilities. The aircon unit looked very unclean and the drainage wasn’t very good.
This place is set just outside of Ubud, about a 15minute scooter ride in (we hired one from the hotel) Lovely location with a great jungle vibe. The staff were so friendly and fun and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

it was quiet and peaceful place. rooms were really comfortable and staff was really nice and helpful. And they have Nescafe pockets in room so after two weeks without my normal coffee this was at least something to be excited about

Belgium- The room smelt of humidity, the walls were dirty - The wifi didn't work at all, we asked for it to be checked but nothing was done. - The AC didn't work and wasn't fixed after we asked for it - The fridge didn't work - The swimming pool was dirty - Impossible to pay by card as the card reader was broken.
