Limit of two bottles of water included in price was limiting as the water is unable to be drunk or used for any teeth washing etc. We requested breakfast as inclusive however didn't know this would be separate to the restaurant offerings which were more extensive.

Great location. Clean and bright rooms - bathrooms are in open and very tropical feeling which we loved On site massage options very helpful with extensive opening hours, Staff delightful, friendly and very responsive, available for long hours, able to answer queries or help if unsure. Room service prompt and inobtrusive. Shared pool a great size with comfortable lounging seating in a green space. Restaurant menu had many options but not many for GF although happy to accommodate when asked. Comfortable bed and pillows

Outside bathrooms attracts mosquitos and other bugs during the night. Also, wouldve been nice to a mosquito net indoor, although a mosquito plug was provided.

Perfect place to stay in Ubud. Location is not as depicted on google maps, it is at "Hastina by Alam Wayung". This is next to some big stairs, providing a shortcut to the main road of Ubud. The cottages are spacious (with own garden and enclosed by fence) and modern. Also built in authentic style and we slept really well on the beds. The swimming pool is also pretty big and there are +-12 sunbeds available, which was plenty during our stay. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice for several days.

The bathroom was nice but having an open area behind the toilet was a bit uncomfortable. I would also say if you are afraid of bugs you may have trouble with the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and the communal pool was nice and clean with a bar right beside it for easy drink access. The room was clean and very picturesque, as well as well maintained.

They can improve the cleaning. Every day, I had to ask for the bathtub to be cleaned because it just wasn't. Even with the very visible bugs and dirt, the housekeeping did not clean the tub until I asked.

I really liked the location. I was able to access downtown Ubud fairly quickly on motorbike. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The vegetarian options are limited, a little over priced, but palatable. I mostly ate at the Yellow Flower Cafe around the corner because they are more vegetarian-friendly.

Lots of steps to get into town and no direct access by car, but the hotel do pick/drop you with a golf buggy

This hotel is amazing! We stay in a 2 bedrooms villa with a private pool for 5 nights and We love everything. The room, the hotel, the food, the staff, the pools.. it is also protected from the noise of Ubud!

My only criticism would be that the beer could have been colder.

Villas were great, restaurant great value for money and the food was good. Was a little out of the way, but very peaceful and quiet at night.

No lamps and the lighting at night is not the best. I’d forgotten how bad the hairdryers are. It’s like using a toy so if you need to use a hairdryer to style your hair your better off bringing your own.

We have stayed at this property a few times because we love that it’s a small boutique Balinese style hotel in a fantastic location. Lovely staff too.

The only hassle we found was the location being a far bit of walk from the main area. But I think this was also a plus point because we heard no traffic or tourists during our stay. It was very peaceful.

I loved the staff! They were really welcoming from the moment we got there. We got a welcome drink. Our room wasn’t ready but we went for a walk to the Ubud art market which is a 10-15 min walk. Our room was really nice, I loved the openness. You may find some lizards and ants here and there. But it was okay. Nothing harmful. The massage ladies are wonderful! Really recommend getting the traditional Balinese massage.
