Fantastic room - upstairs, light, bright and airy and very roomy. It also had a kind of dressing room attached to the bathroom. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool area.

It's a family hotel so expect some noise and playing children in the pool and expect some entertainment in the restaurant too! I would not go back because I like a quiet place to stay but the hotel and the rooms a fantastic! Music at the restaurant and at the reception is repetitive so not very relaxing.

Breakfast. Choice of several different breakfasts, which is fine in itself. The toast, croissants and waffles are not tasty, mainly too hard and too dry. The super muesli bowl delicious, you have to use 2 bowls of honey to make the bowl a bit more creamy. Pot of hot water with freshly cut ginger does not understand the sweet, extremely polite staff. I also have my doubts whether the juices a la minute are squeezed from fresh fruit. It is a nice hotel, nice clean rooms, beautiful balcony, nice swimming pool, the breakfast could in our opinion, use some attention points.

There are a lot of stairs between the rooms and the restaurant which didn’t bother us as we don’t have mobility issues. However in the very wet weather we were a bit worried about slipping. A high pressure cleaner to clean off the mud and moss that builds up in the rain on the pathways and steps would be a good idea. Three poor guys were doing their best with a hose and brooms! Only other negative was that the shower pressure in our room was very poor.

We had a lovely stay here. A bit disappointed when we first arrived to be given a ground floor deluxe room with no view when on booking.com it showed and described a room with a view overlooking the pool. The manger kindly changed us to an upper level deluxe room which was lovely. All the staff are really welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble . We loved how quiet the resort was, no traffic or construction noise! We swam daily in the pool which is a great size for Laps. There’s even a large yoga studio but no group yoga available (can hire private teacher) while we were there. Weather was very changeable while we were here but we had a lovely terrace to lounge on and watch the rain ! The food in the restaurant is very good also their breakfast was very nice - a number of freshly prepared options to choose from. It’s in a great location, walking distance to lots of other very good restaurants. We hired a scooter to explore. Would thoroughly recommend a few nights stay here.

Food was okay, a little on the expensive side for that region and the pool was quite chilly. Beyond that the view and everything was amazing!

The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped us and went above and beyond to make our stay (with a young baby) a remarkable one. Love every little attention and care they offered.

Restaurant / food was a bit basic but you are spoilt for choice around anyway. Fire ants by the pool provided some entertainment we could have done without. Little ones got stung and a fair few tears!

Mosquitoes were terrible - we also stayed at another place on the other side of the road and hardly any mosquitoes there, so unsure why there was such a difference. Also we had an ant infestation in the room - they were dropping through the light fitting in the toilet. Staff cleaned it up promptly. The restaurant had also run out of some of the drinks and food on the menu which was disappointing.

The staff is very gentle. They really enjoy to see u there. The only problem at the location is the gecko, we had 6-7 at the door every evening and a lot of ants in the room. But i repeat, the staff is 11/10

For a hotel/spa resort, not having hot water in the hand basins is unforgivable, the towels supplied were grey and did not look clean, also smelt stale. This hotel is situated on a hillside with many steps up/down to your rooms, be aware if your not able.

The Staff are very charming and helpful, the hotel is located in a good position in Sidemen. restaurant was good with a good breakfast and the evening menu was also very nice and priced reasonably. Beds were comfortable. pool ok. gardens well kept.

The A/C was very noisy, very tough to sleep; i do not understand why they keep opened windows while having A/C, what is the point? really unlogical! The breakfast is very “entry level” , especially when you pay 2,400,000 Rp all inclusive, really cheap food . Given this, in addition to “ mushrooms “ on the bathroom roof and walls, well… not worth the money you spend

The breakfast could be improved. A bit more variety in fruits and toppings for on the toast. Also the bread quality could be a bit better. The massage area was old and could be renovated. Also the bathroom could be somewhat rejuvinated (moist stains on the walls and on the joints between tiles).

The staff were incredible. Yusi did her absolute best to make my stay wonderful. She deserves a raise 🤍. The room was large and very comfortable. Large cozy terrace with a great view on the garden and pool. The garden and pool area is extremely well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. The massage was amazing. I’m very picky with massages as usually they aren’t strong enough. This hit the sweet spot!!

At the pool, there were no cushions on the sunbeds, and the sunbeds were very hard to lay on. Also, in the room, there was a noise at night which I still don't know what it was. Something popped in the night on the floor, and also in the morning there were lots of maggots crawling on the floor. There was construction in the morning straight under my room, and it was extremely loud. It wasn't possible to relax in the morning.

Rooms are very big and nice, big separate bathroom . Beautiful view. The employees were very nice.
