We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Rooms are very big. We got free upgrade to better room. This was our second visit, first time we choosed this hotel because of their pool. Pool is still very beautiful. It's quite close to Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace, you have to walk about 15-20 min, but it's OK. Lot's of SPA's and eating possibilities on the street. Hotel is quiet. Breakfast is good, you have to order it on previous evening. You can order late checkout if you need. It was half price of room rate and we were able to stay until 18.00 to relax before our flight.

ChinaThe stairs might be a problem if you have mobility issues. Also, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, but the general state of the roads and footpaths in Ubud (both in town and surrounding area), is either diabolical or non existent. Match that with multitudes of speeding scooter riders, much of it dangerous (including loads of foreigners), and you have perfect conditions for a crash. Now think of this during the wet season when the rain is torrential and non stop………
This is an older property but is still in good shape. The rooms were big, the bed was very comfortable, decent AC, and ok wifi (but probably not if you’re a gamer). The bathroom is a wet-room version, so the floor will get very wet during use. This is standard, but worth noting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was more than good enough for us. Special shout-out to the “Why Not” bar which is about 150 m from the hotel on the way back to the main road into town. This is a cracking live-music joint that pumps. Primarily Blues and Classic Rock on the nights I was there, but at a high level!
