I should have spent more time there. 2 weeks went by very quickly.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, they all went above and beyond. I really appreciated their help, kindness and authenticity. The guide tour, Wayan, made my whole trip (in terms of trips, expeditions and pictures).

We had no issues with the hotel at all. We stayed in a room large enough for 3 people, which I believe was a suite which was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our breakfasts.

We'd love to suggest they provide a large container of filtered water for guests. Small bottles are a plastic menace.

Smoothie bowl at breakfast was delicious as was everything else. Perfect location close to town and somewhat rural.

The reception doesn't make you feel welcome. Breakfast was not much and not much variety. The bedroom window didn't close well. There were spaces everywhere and insects got inside.

Great location, nice pool. Big room, good view. Loved that it was in a very good location, close to everything but still silent.

Rooms are very big. We got free upgrade to better room. This was our second visit, first time we choosed this hotel because of their pool. Pool is still very beautiful. It's quite close to Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace, you have to walk about 15-20 min, but it's OK. Lot's of SPA's and eating possibilities on the street. Hotel is quiet. Breakfast is good, you have to order it on previous evening. You can order late checkout if you need. It was half price of room rate and we were able to stay until 18.00 to relax before our flight.

Decor was tired, and the lighting in the bathroom was too low. The shower flooded the bathroom floor, and it was impossible to regulate the water temperature, which was either cold or burning hot.

We liked everything.

A very nice room with everything we needed for our two night stay. The surroundings were beautiful and tropical. Alamdini resort put together a great itinerary of places to see. Our wonderful driver took us to visit the main attractions around Ubud He did a great job helping us to enjoy our stay.

The stairs might be a problem if you have mobility issues. Also, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, but the general state of the roads and footpaths in Ubud (both in town and surrounding area), is either diabolical or non existent. Match that with multitudes of speeding scooter riders, much of it dangerous (including loads of foreigners), and you have perfect conditions for a crash. Now think of this during the wet season when the rain is torrential and non stop………

This is an older property but is still in good shape. The rooms were big, the bed was very comfortable, decent AC, and ok wifi (but probably not if you’re a gamer). The bathroom is a wet-room version, so the floor will get very wet during use. This is standard, but worth noting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was more than good enough for us. Special shout-out to the “Why Not” bar which is about 150 m from the hotel on the way back to the main road into town. This is a cracking live-music joint that pumps. Primarily Blues and Classic Rock on the nights I was there, but at a high level!
