United Arab EmiratesThis hotel was the most expensive per night in the area - we stayed here to visit the hospital and had looked at others further out that would have been more suitable if we didn't have to travel. The hotel did not provide bath mats or bottled water in the room - we were told this was not an option in the room but yet we paid a higher price per room than the other high end brand hotels in the area. Honesty, not good value for money at all

The booking was confirmed for 2 adults but inside the room the amenities was only prepared for only 1 (toohbrush,toothpaste,flipflop). The reception staff (male) on duty for the night shift on 25 februari is lack of hospitality, no greetings and pretending didn't see us coming.
The room is clean, the bed is comfy, bathroom is ok. Breakfast menu is good, all ok for a 35usd/night at the city centre of Denpasar. The restaurant staff are warm and friendly.

Clean, comfortable. we were able to check in late and check out early. They had a restaurant on sight which was handy. Room had kettle and tea making facilities. Room had refillable glass jug in the room with multiple water dispensers located in the corridors, completely free. Absolutely love this!!
