Friendly staff who always try to accommodate any thing asked of them, reasonably good location, and comfortable, clean place to stay. We love that we can stay with family near the pool and near each other as we requested

Well the place needs some t l c the deck by the pool is barely holding on the rust around the place is pretty much rampant and the building shows its age big time , the food and restaurant needs a huge overhaul

This place is a little hidden gem and does wonders for your holiday , it’s has all the space you need in your room and the staff is amazing at this place the pool is amazing

The breakfast is very plain and needs a big upgrade on presentation as and to pay attention to the details of the food how it’s stored and served

It’s a little hidden gem away front the bustle but in the heart of it too , it’s got charm it’s got history and it all works in its little heritage ways

A few of the pool tiles are broken and my son cut his foot, the toilets need an upgrade as the water either stops running or they block easily.

Loved the location and the pool. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Bathroom had a downlight hanging out of socket. Room service was a bit average - food had bad flavour.

Great service by staff, location is close to shopping as well as great bars. Very central. Clean room as well as fantastic pool. Very cost effective shuttle services to and from airport. Accommodating staff. Great spa service with convenient time slots. Happy hour cocktails was a bonus and the breakfast baffet had great variety of options both western and eastern cuisine.

Breakfast was good but just that, would have liked some bacon and maybe hash browns on the odd day, there was no real change to breakfast buffet same every day. Some of the decking around pool could do with maintenance. Over all a bit tired and in need of some updates.

Great location, close to shops and beach. Beds were very comfy Air conditioning great. Outdoor shower brilliant as no climbing into bath tub to shower Staff were very friendly and great service Pool very clean and well looked after

The Aircondition in our rooms wasn't really cold.

The hotel team is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, rooms very clean. The restaurant is also highly recommended. The food is very tasty and inexpensive

Door security cards were not working at times and had to be replaced that many times which staff were always accommodating. A few times ran out of pool towels.

Staff were extremely friendly, food was nice we had breky included, but price was good for snacks, lunch and dinner. 2 for one cocktails were fantastic. Family friendly hotel

The pool area was in need of some repairs- both ladders felt wobbly and unsafe to use, plus timber decking was loose with nail heads sticking out

The location was great, within close walking distance to restaurants and markets, beds were comfortable and had a nice room overlooking the pool
