Alltrue is conveniently situated near to the ferry & airport. It is a very pleasant, clean hotel. Great breakfast & the restaurant is open all day. The manager Inselson Kemit was extremely helpful in recommending, & then organising, our 3 day stay in the Lagoi beach resort area at an exquisite villa which really made our stay on the island. All the staff are attentive and helpful.

Rooms are good and looks like newly renovated. Bathroom water pressure is good. Aircon works good. Nearby food. Location near to city side.

No soundproofing - we could hear what music the people in the room next door were listening to, and I was woken every morning by others banging doors and talking in the corridor. We were on the 3rd floor and my bed was literally vibrating along to the karaoke music each night. We had dinner there one night and the food took ages to come. Breakfast was ok; but was the same every day and all the hot dishes were spicy, so kids struggled a little. I could never find milk for my coffee. Pick up wasn’t available on the day we arrived, so we were at the mercy of the local taxi drivers, quite a shock after coming from Singapore

No lift service to the 2nd floor so my elderly parents had to slowly climb down and up every time. If you're travelling with elderly or people with mobility issues, best to ask for a higher floor that has lift access.

The room was cozy and clean. But do note that my room on the 2nd floor has no windows - it might feel claustrophobic for some but I was okay.

The room was mostly nice, but the floors were a bit dirty. Just a bit.

We liked nearly everything. The breakfast was rich with a mix of Indonesian and western foods. When we asked for stronger coffee, our friends gladly gave it to us. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and not only answered but helped us make arrangements.

Breakfast in very simple not a lot of options. I asked the front desk to help me book a taxi. And they said they won't help people order taxis. Which I find quite ridiculous. For someone who is coming to this town for the first time and for the hotel not willing to help to order a taxi is quite irritating

New hotel, clean and comfy! staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is good with local dishes. chef able to customize different eggs you want everyday. Great stay during cny, nice deco for guests to be in festive mood. Location is ok, there’s one jap restaurant, eating house next to the hotel. we got to try a viral indomie Bangladesh across the road and can’t get enough of it! open 24hrs!

The karaoke partying was till 3 am, could be heard in my room. It was too loud. I could not sleep until about 4am. In total I only had 2 hours of sleep and we had to get ready for our morning walk and meetings. I will return in January please host me in a quiet room.

The staffs professionalism from reception, housekeeping and restaurant waiters, waitresses and chefs are so obliging making us comfortable.

My experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty and moldy, with stained sheets and towels that didn’t smell fresh at all. During the massage, I clearly stated that I only wanted a back massage, yet the masseuse attempted to turn it into an erotic one, which made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, she was not professional and didn’t even greet me properly.
